Viola Mhotel

Hotel is easy to reach, available parking, comfortable and clean rooms, staff professional and friendly

Was expecting that a hotel that shows 4 stars on the entrance have a restaurant for dinner.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy and fast check in.

Room was very clean Place was quite and niceJacuzzi 10/10Breakfast was pretty good100% intimacy Staff niceEasy to parking

Minibar with just 3 soft drinks...it would be better with something to eatHairdryer oldNo shampoo no conditionerPlastic glasses

Modern, clean and comfortable

Nothing to dislike

Very spacious and comfy bed. Hard mattress - as I like :)

Would fancy some veggies for breakfast.

Nice and competent service, tasty breakfast, but for a 4 star hotel a small selection of products. Good room equipment with shampoo, toothbrush, several fresh towels every day. In plus a fridge with drinks included in the price (one cola, lemonade and water)

Small selection of products for breakfast (two types of cold cuts ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, breakfast cereal ), lack of vegetables (lettuce, cucumber and tomato) and whole grain bread. At this price, a kettle could be in the room or two teas in the room included in the price of the stay.

Great location - close to Bergamo airport. The rooms were big and comfy. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Everything at the hotel seemed well taken care of

The beds were not great

Convenient to Bergamo airport, which was the purpose of our stay. Only 20 minutes drive. We had the family suite and it was very spacious and spotless. It had a lovely hot tub in the room too, much to our daughter’s surprise! We had an early start and were able to order breakfast to the room. Fabulous restaurant across the road.

Excellent location to stay in Grumello del Monte. The room was awesome and the staff very attentive.

Room, service, facility and staff.

Location for telgate work trips and rooms size…

No coffee machine at the rooms… Room amenities lack.. Don’t expect any services. No quilt on beds!! As in the name, it is more like a motel. For a motel it is normal to have a good ratings but for a hotel no.!

excellent hotel, very well equipped and furnished, with friendly and cooperating staff. free parking.good breakfast with glutenfree options

not really a minus, but car is needed since the location is a bit far from town

It was a really good escape! We liked this close to nature and quiet place very much. Our room was huge, modern and clean. Hot tub is just perfect - as good as new.We enjoyed breakfast as well!

everything was perfect for us

Modern and accessable bright and spotless

Light switches and plugs confusing

Very clean well maintained and modern , very helpful staff they try every thing they can do to make your stay as comfortable and easy as they can, definitely I will come again next time soon

Every single thing is perfect

Clean, spacious and private. Perfect for couples and small celebrations.

The hotel is well renovated and clean. Some staff is very polite and good, some so-so however overall impression quite good. The hotel is also well maintained. It is little bit off the path, however close to higway so I you are pasing by it is good place for stop-over.

Bad

very bad, we could not sleep all the night, at night all the light in the room was suddenly turn on many times, and nobody could help and knows why it happenedfinally they proposed a compensation of 15 euro for a night in their hotel without sleep, crazy

Underwhelming and didn't match the booking description

Our booking said breakfast was included for 0.10 EUR. They wanted to charge us 9 EUR. Our booking included access the spa, which was being renovated. The first room they showed us was super dark. Very expensive for the place.

The hosts made us breakfast bags so we could leave early for our flight - much appreciated. There is not restaurant there but perfectly acceptable take away facilities which the hotel organises.

We really wanted to use the wellness facilities but they were closed for cleaning or something 'covid related'. Personally, I wish hotels would stop advertising their facilities if there isn't a good chance of accessing them. Can only lead to disappointment. The hotel is still about 20 minutes drive from the airport
