The staff was awesome, very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious.

Staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The included breakfast is excellent. The location is ideal for enjoying the beach, as well as exploring downtown Recife and getting to/from the airport. Great value.

Hotel is quite old, cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, door locks were broken and definitely need moral and physical improvement

The hotel is in a fantastic location with spacious rooms and stunning views. The reception team was very attentive, especially Martin, who made my stay more pleasant. The pool area, despite its age, was clean most of the time, and the internet worked fine.

The building and shared areas feel outdated and need urgent renovation. Breakfast was noisy and lacked ambiance, with heavy chairs making loud sounds. The pool area looked abandoned, with no service or maintenance, and half of my stay, it wasn’t usable. Some sheets were very old and had visible cracks. The sauna takes time to turn on, and the overall maintenance of the property needs improvement.

Large, soundproof and well-equipped room with excellent views. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. At breakfast there was a good choice and even someone who made omeletts to order. The hotel is in an excellent location front on the beach front and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. There was a good pool and terrace and a small fitness room. There is a restaurant serving all day.

The restaurant is part of the main lobby which can get very noisy. It should be in a Quiter, and more suitable, area.

The Employees was amazing, the food was just excellent, and location.

Noise coming from the streets later at night after 9 pm.

Maintenance of the bathroom - drains in the shower didn’t work in our very comfortably sized room with wonderful view. But the bathroom was fair at best needs maintenance !

Breakfast was good, with a variety of options. Spacious room but furniture was not what I expected. Service at the restaurant is good, with reasonable prices.

There was no staff at the sauna or pool, nor any kind of information about towels or lockers. These items were not found. I tried to call the reception from the place and I couldn't. During all the time I used the sauna - about twenty minutes - no employee appeared with this information.
