I really hated this hotel. It shouldn¿t be considered a hotel business. The pictures were not true. Everything is wrong there. And I think it shouldn¿t be available as a hotel in your platform.

Avoid this hotel — unprofessional management and poor conditionsWe had a confirmed reservation and checked in on Sunday, but the hotel gave away one of our reserved rooms to another guest, claiming it was “overbooked.” Instead of resolving the issue or offering any compensation, the management refused to refund the unused room, even though it was their mistake.On top of that, the water in the sink runs brown, and the property overall is run down and poorly maintained. It’s clear the management is more interested in profiting at the expense of their customers than providing a clean, honest, and reliable experience.Would not recommend — there are plenty of other places in the area that actually honor reservations and care about guests.

The rooms are very old and dirty. The walls need painting. They definitely need new curtains. They also need to update the towels and bed sheets. Location is perfect, good air condition.

The location is Excellent. 200meters from the Boa Viagem Beach with an excellent supermarket at 30 M.

The location. If you want a cheap stay for a few days, this hotel can be an option. They have to improve in terms of WC cleanliness. The breakfast was simple, basic but tasty. Excellent coffee.

Equipment in the gym is broken, Wifi ist not really to use, lasts very long to find, bad connection, in the bed you rest directly on the mattress, the doors of the room do not close, can still open after closing. Staff is uncooperative, The most worse hotel i ever had.

The impression I got is that the maintenance of hotel facilities has not been very satisfactory. Some items in the room were of questionable quality.

Linen, bathroom general conditions should be better.

Bed/mattress super old, bad sound insulation on the bedroom, AC not working on the restaurant, food quality/variety on the breakfast.

Excellent location, breakfast was fair. Staff exceeded our expectations. Shout out to receptionist Rebeca and housekeeper Beatriz, sweet and kind girls!

Unfortunately our room was near the A/C installations so it was a bit noisy at night, however it was still an enjoyable experience.

The location of the hotel is really good. Very close to the beach and with facilities around the corner.

The security of the Hotel should be reviewed. There were some homeless people getting inside the hotel/reception to beg for money from the guests.

Old hotel, food was horrible.

It's a basic and simple hotel, expectations must be very low, for one pays little and gets also little but everything works just fine, bearing in mind that location is its best asset.

Breakfast is appalling, internet is faulty, they aren't so flexible with requests - but hey, you pay so little anyway...

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was cool. Breakfast was fantastic. Supermarket over the road to get water and snacks and things. Short walk to the beach.

The room was basic but fine for a few nights. Nice big beds. Shower was good.

Over all the hotel is a bit dated and needs a spruce up. But I would stay there again. The staff only spoke Portuguese.

The bed was clean and comfortable. I was on the top floor so the view was fantastic. Reasonable 12pm checkout time and the staff was both excellent and multi-lingual.

There was still pee in the toilet when I got into the room, which felt like it hadn't been updated in 40 years. There was also no ceiling lights, only bedside lamps, which is a problem if you're arriving at night. The walls were in desperate need of a paintjob.This was on the 12th floor and the elevators only go up to 11, a problem if you have a lot of luggage. Fortunately, I did not.

The Location is great and the Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was decent.

The place is old and ran down. The photos are deceiving. Bed was uncomfortable and room was noisy. The carpets in the hallways were dirty and smelly.
