Nice Location just in the middle of old city of Grenoble 2 Min walk from Victor Hugo square, Staff were friendly and helpful, 5 min from Carrefour City and other restaurants (Halal), Good value for money, this was my second time to stay there after first visit in 2014, it was Studio and all facilities were there and perfectly working, the kitchen was prepared well

The room was large enough to move around comfortably. Everything was functioning properly. Central location was good for sightseeing.
The check in started late and when I went to my room housekeeping was still cleaning so I had to wait even longer to enter. The shower is very dark. Breakfast did not have a lot of variety although everything was edible.

The location of the property is extremely convenient. Very close to the Grenoble - Bastille cable car. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our apartment for four people was quite different from the website pictures. The apartment needs to be renovated as sign of a water leak was evident. Unfortunately when we went to use the bathroom, we didn't have hot water.
Breakfast is good. Rooms are basic but clean. Location is excellent in terms of distance from city center.

The view from the room was nice! Safety level was great and the room was comfortable!The facilities were wonderful. There are a kitchen, great bathtub, shower, closets and so on!!I strongly recommend!!

The guy of the reception in the morning made a bad expression when I couldn’t open the door and wasn’t very helpful made me feel stupid also was arrogant when I said good morning in English he sounded very racist
