Pros +
- Everything perfect including the underground car park where we knew our ski equipment would be safe. Location of hotel is excellent.
- Fantastic hotel, great room, breakfast & staff
- The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an unfortunate experience (car window broken and bags stolen) in the city center and the staff provided us with evrything to fix temporarily the broken window.
Cons -
- Breakfast Express at €12 is expensive for only a hot drink, a small amount of apple juice, one banana and a very small, tiny pain au chocolat.
- The room was so hot I had to sleep with the window open. The AC was not working properly. The pool was extremely expensive €20p/p for 1h30. I have never been asked to pay so much for such a little time They should revise that price down, stayed there 3 nights and I did not see anyone in the pool. during that time.
- Restaurant is a bit too quiet, it felt a bit awkward eating dinner and breakfast, like you needed to whisper

Loved the room, extra comfortable bed, with a massive smart TV. The whole hotel is very modern and the swimming pool and sauna is a nice bonus! The staff are very helpful and speak excellent English. Very happy with our stay

Very comfortable and clean. We loved the tv with the Netflix option. For once we didn’t just have to watch to that we couldn’t understand. The shower was modern and clean.
We weren’t happy with paying 50 euros per person per night for insurance ok the room. Luckily the lovely lady on reception decided not to charge us as we couldn’t afford just to give 300 euros
Hotel was really easy to reach by car and the on-site parking was great. Decent sized room. Good breakfast and the restaurant in the evening served up a decent meal as well. Pleasant bar area on the ground floor. Staff were excellent throughout our stay.
Hotel isn't in the greatest area in my opinion - tower blocks all round and the area felt a bit run down. Same for the streets we had to walk down to get into town (which was about 25 minutes walk away).
Lovely staff.Big, comfortable bedroom.Good food.Lovely breakfast.
Restaurant closed on arrival with no prior warning.Slight mark on the pillowcase. No full-length mirror in the bedroom
Quite nice breakfast staff were good
Restaurant was closed for dinner, charge to use pool
Breakfast was good
Restaurant not open on a Saturday night and nobody told us in advance
Our room was clean and comfortable- staff were friendly & professional
Dining room was closed
The hotel has had a recent refurbishment. Everything was new and tidy.Good free parking.
Entry to the underground carpark was very tight.

Neat
Problems with cards to open the roomA bit far from center and transportation
Very poor
Renovation going on during stay and sauna and pool were out of order. Barrier for car park kept breaking and wouldn't lift
Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious.
Not room Services. Facilities were closed or in a state of refurb. Lifts not working with no warning. No mini fridge. Not even a bottle of water was provided.
The front desk personnel were nice and helpful. They explained the way to the icerink and called a cab on our departure.
The fire alarm went off almost five times during the first night of our stay: no comments, explanations, or excuses from the hotel. Two machines out of five were not working in the tiny, stuffy fitness centre. The room was not properly cleaned. There was hair and dust on the floor.
Room was very comfy - clean and good shower. Comfy beds and a good nights sleep
Spa facilities not pleasant - The toilet in the women’s spa area stank the whole of my stay. Sauna was mildly warm and would not heat up, they did offer a price reduction when I notified the receptionist but it was disappointing nonetheless. Also the pool is only a small jacuzzi pool and is directly overlooked by the bar area.
Location was good easy to reach the centre of the city ,lovely Mountain View !
Not very clean unfortunately ,lots of dust in our room, gym as well was poor equipment and not so clean. However for a short stay will do the job
Close to where we needed to be
Lifts failed. No option but to carry four 30kgs bags down from Fourth floor to checkout.Renovations on Fourth Floor whilst we were there. Smell of paint and adhesives was intense. At checkout an unknown alarm went off. It was painful. Couldn’t hear the checkout staff and the sound made us nauseous. Staff laughed.Breakfast experience variable. Saturday staff “forgot” about the fresh orange juice machine. Friday staff allowed the coffee machine to run out of water.
Easy to find, very friendly staff, free parking on site.
Quite a long walk from the old part of town.
