Nice hotel located very conveniently close to the main train station.

Not really. The room was just the right size for my needs. Clean room and it looked like recently renovated.

Location for the station is perfect,in a quiet side street.

Very small for two guests, fortunately only one stayed in the room. No elevator, climbing two floors with luggage is no fun, as a 69 year old. Menu very limited.

The noise from the road, the room was tiny everything looks a bit old and tired. I asked to move because im pregnant and couldn't sleep and they said no on the 1st night after a sleepless night as you have road traffic, people going up and down the stairs and then then you can hear the breakfast being prepared form 6 after that hellish first night I said i was leaving and asked to be refunded my additional nights its only then that they moved me...

Its very clean and the space is perfect for everything you need in your stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide free water supply to fill your bottles and the water is really fresh. You get 24h free beverages and this is a huge add on

Location is great, just a few minutes walk from the train and bus station

The room was really small, the room service needs to be explicitly requested so we ended up with no shower gel on night.

Great location, near to train station and easy to walk into old town also

It’s was very nice

The hotel is on the more basic side, however it is perfectly comfortable and for the price I don’t think you can go wrong. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful and friendly.

The bathrooms could do with a deep clean. They were clean to look at but there was significant scale build up around the base of the shower door and back of the toilet. The grouting in the shower could also do with be treated for mould, again an easy fix with a deep clean and the right chemical.

Great design and breakfast

The double bed was two singles put together so I slept in the crack!

Everything was just perfect, we had the best experience. The staff was friendly and super efficient, the rooms were nice, the breakfast was well organized, the location is also practical, close to city center and train station. In short, great service, it exceeded our expectations

Lovely welcoming lounge space at reception with all day tea/coffee and comfy couches etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location - really close to train/bus station and short stroll to city centre shops/cafes. Decent sized lift for getting luggage upstairs. Pleasant and comfortable room with nice linen, a safe and bath tub - and very quiet (no traffic or street noise). Decent breakfast in lovely dining area adjacent to reception area with nice art works on the walls. We would stay again.

No clean service during our stay - we have put the card “please clean the room” on the door before leaving in the morning, but as return, the room stays unclean and towels unchanged on the floor

This property is a true sanctuary in a city which can be overwhelming at times. You get everything expected of a 3 star establishment and much more. The beds are comfy, the showers are great and the breakfast is exactly what you need to set yourself up for the day. An added bonus is that the reception area doubles as a perfect work space throughout the day, there is also coffee and tea available 24/7 too which is very much appreciated.
