Well situated, rooms generally fine.

I stayed there for 2 nights over 3 days, had to take 3 showers, they were all cold... For over 100 Euros a night, I expect hot water, hence my poor review...

The price is great for a night, has a fridge in the room. But the hair drier can be improved, it’s an old fashion and the wind is weak.

Location was nice and central and room was a good size.

We didn’t ask for breakfast but had it added on top of the quoted price for my 2 children. I had to spend a long time to the receptionist that we did not require and she seemed very perplexed and boarder line rude. Also we paid an additional 16euro for onsite parking, we were the only car in the carpark. It was never made clear that we would need to pay for parking so I see this as a hidden cost like the breakfast.

Location to station

Very noisy. We were put on the same floor as a large school party so were right in the middle of banging doors, knocking, chatting.

Location and friendly stuff. Room was clean, nice and warm.

Proximity to train and bus station.

My car was vandalized in the parking lot I paid for. There are no security cameras.

Very soft spoken staff. I was there for a long stay and wanted a view of the Alpes mountains. She headed my request and I got the room facing the Alpes mountains.

The location is excellent, train station is very close, downtown is in walking distance and I could have a still silent room.

I didn't miss anything specifically, but for the price I would expect more.

Great location, reasonable room size. Clean bathroom with a bath tub. Comfy common space next to the lobby.

Everything is clearly showing signs of use.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to the tram to access the shopping area within a 15 min ride.

Location, staff friendliness.

Outdated rooms and toilets; no amenities. Air Conditioner did not work on the 5th floor, and it was very warm- so I did not even feel like being in the room. Breakfast- also poor selection. The staff are very nice though, they gave me an extra fan, an extension cord, always ready to help. And the location great too.But overall, I wouldn’t rate this property more than 2 stars. They need to improve else it’s not worth the price tag.

Ideal for a couple with a child

No receptionist at check out. We might have stayed another night if there was someone there to discuss price/ availability.

All employees were always nice and polite. Room was well cleaned and the location was really good, close to the main station. The breakfast is also quite good.

Tasty and varied breakfasts. The hotel restaurant also serves tasty dinners.Very interesting solution was applied in the hotel for "self-service coffee, vine, beer, etc." based on trust between the guest and the hotel.

The air conditioning didn't work.The hotel (rooms) needs to be "refreshed" and renovated.Difficulties in parking the car upon arrival (there is no parking space in front of the hotel, access to the internal parking is troublesome and time-consuming).

Rooms v small. Extremely hot at night. Booked this hotel because it states there iwas air conditioning but when enquired discovered it was no working.
