Location is good to have a dinner until 11 p.m. and to go shopping and famous viewpoint. Staff was too kind to describe what they did. I appreciate their helps.

Parking is not allowed for this hotel only. So we should take a walk for a few minutes. Room size is small. If you open the toilet door, you could NOT go out before closing the door.

The location is very central and convenient, a spacious and comfortable room

The Hotel page in Booking says "Parking" but the Hotel doesn't have Parking, there is a private parking nearby with high cost per day, like €25.

Great location, clean, nice little kitchenette, high. Ceilings made the space feel bigger than it was. Two separate rooms, which is really nice.

Poor lighting in the flat. Lack of comfort. Very basic furniture.Could do with one or two carpets and a plaid on the sofa.

The hotel was in a perfect location and staff was very accommodating to let us check in an hour early. The rooms were pretty - great view and very high ceiling.

The bedroom was very tiny, not much room to put stuff.

Cleanliness. The shower…Unfortunately the room was not clean, the floor was sticky. Moldy shower, the shower head doesn’t stay up. The hallway looks like a scene from horror movies. This place needs an update. What was interesting was the fact they held on 500 euros in case of room damage. The sofa and the coffee table were already damaged, you can’t leave your cup on the table, as it seems like it is going to break any minute. It was a bit ironic… it seems the person who’s in charge of checking the room and quality of cleaning are not doing a great job.

Clean rooms.

We couldn’t leave our car in parking, the access to parking doesn’t work. Man on the reception didn’t know English and couldn’t give us information about parking properly. The window in our car was broken somebody and stolen some things, unfortunately. The street near hotel is not safe, there are no cameras on the street.Rooms and furniture in hotel are required repairs. My opinion is subjective because of this situation of course.

To hotel was fine, not too pricy for what they offer and the location is really good if you want to walk around the city.

I arrive at the hotel pretty late (22:00) and I could not use the parking facilities, so I was a little disappointed since it said parking free available in the offer.

They are not flexible about check in. Not even 5 min before 3 pmAnd the concierge put me in a smaller and different room than I had paid ( a duplex) after confirming the booking.com . The duplex was good but much smaller than looked in the pics. The kitchen appliances & utensils were very limited, less than basic.

the room was very good, bathroom, kitchen with almost everything needed to cook. Nice air conditioning, the room has a window in the roof, nice remote to operate it.

To clean your room you have to pay at least 15 euros.

Location is good and rooms are silent

In the website it was mentioned that the breakfast was included but I was asked to pay for this at reception. And there is no parking facilities provided by hotel and it is bit difficult to find a place.

The property was great!We enjoyed our stay, were lucky with early check-in and room upgrade, staff was awesome. Our room was giant, had everything we needed. The bath was such a luxury after a long day of walking in winter.

Housekeeping could have been better and more frequent.

Reception staff were not helpful and rude. Did not have parking, although on Booking .com web site it clearly stated hotel parking, was not near the city center 20 minutes walk, shower leaked flooding the bathroom floor, room wasn't clean. Apart from the hotel, Grenoble was fantastic

Kind and helpful staff and nice location.

In the room I rented, the window was high up on the ceiling and could not be opened to let in fresh air. Additionally, there were no curtains to block out the sunlight, which was particularly annoying in the morning.

I have stayed at this location a number of times for work. I am familiar with the area which made this very convenient for my personal trip. The location is very good, close to restaurants and shops with easy access to the train station.

No outlet in the bath room for Hair dryer, flat iron etc. for my wife. The Hair dryer provided only worked intermittently. The entire facility had switched over to heat for the winter season so we need to keep our windows open to keep the room cool.
