Smoking inside, no ventilation with fresh air, the inside courtyard is roofed, people were smoking inside, happened more than once, lift too slow, shower fixed, bath too slippery

Situated next to the see, the brekfast was great.

There was no European standard plug adapter in the room. There were stains in the bathroom from the previous occupant, a dirty tissue behind the dresser. The jacuzzi tub was closed, which was not justified by the weather.

This is a clean, nice hotel in an excellent location on the waterfront of the Xlendi Bay in Gozo. The staff are nice Be sure to check out the roof top deck with stunning views of the bay - perfect for sunbathing or sunset viewing. Splurge on the sea view rooms. If you get the “courtyard” your view will be the inside of the hotel. And the valley view.. well, it’s a view of the valley. Not terrible.. but… for a couple of quid….Check out the hikes that go from either side of the bay.

Think of this as a 3 star hotel. If you are thinking super modern, luxury beach hotel you’ll be disappointed. The rooms are sparsely decorated but have all the essentials. Could use shampoos and gels - not provided.I like the little bay but there may not be enough action for some people. There are no beaches but there are lovely platforms around the bay and even a diving board for jumping or diving off. Lots of seaside restaurants.

The location is fantastic - right on Xlendi Bay.

Literally everything other than the location was terrible. My 75-year-old mother and I showed up with our luggage and were struggling with it up the 6-8 steps into the lobby. Not a single person from the hotel attempted to help us with our luggage (this exact situation occurred when we were leaving — the employee who checked me out literally watched as my mother struggled down the steps with her suitcase to get to the front door). We arrived about 1 PM, but were told that there would be no early check-in, even if the room became ready earlier than 3:00pm, without paying a fee of €40. Fair enough. Having just come over on the ferry in hot weather, I asked if there was any water to drink; one front desk employee handed me a water bottle, but immediately another employee who was sitting down behind her said I needed to pay 1.40 euro for the water. I simply handed her the water back. I genuinely could not believe they did not provide water for guests even in the lobby. I asked if we could check our bags there and they said yes. After 3 PM when we did check in, they not only had not placed the bags in our room as a normal hotel would do, but when I went to retrieve the luggage, the staff simply opened the door and pointed to the bags — again, no offer to help us get the suitcases to the room — or even bring the bags to the door of the room that they were being stored in. The mattresses on the beds were very think and weak; I’ve been to summer camps with better beds. We did not eat any meals at the hotel restaurant at the hotel restaurant because we did not want to give them any more money, but I did order some water and a soda from the bar to take up to the pool and the bartender was very nice.

Some of the staff were very nice but there was a particular girl at the front that didn't really have great customer service skills... I also didn't like that I am a very responsible adult and when trying to put my adapter into the plug the faceplate broke and they tried to charge me $10 which was absurd. My friend is in the business of vacation rentals and he said that he would never ever charge somebody for that not to mention they cost pennies... everything was great but the staff could have been a little bit more friendly and warm and helpful at times

The location could not be more perfect. The staff was extremely professional, helpful & personable. All meals were delicious and reasonably priced, and our room was quite comfortable. Wonderful adventures to be had in Xlendi Bay - hiking, swimming, boating. Parking was readily available. There was a close bus stop to travel about the island. I would highly recommend this hotel, and certainly hope to return.

My preference would be that there is no smoking anywhere near the dining areas.

Beautiful seafront hotel. With fantastic sea views.Really nice and reasonably priced restaurants all around the bay.Joe, the GM was very good. with local knowledge of Gozo and Malta ??

Everything was very clean, the place itself was amazing, and the staff were very helpful.

The staff were wonderful and the location right on the water was stunning. And the cost was much less than we expected.

No water in the room at all.For the price, at least one large bottle would have been great to walk into, after traveling all day.

Just the television stations but didn't stay much watching TV as we had very good connection with the hotel's WiFi.

I liked the room as it had a lot of lighting. Staff were friendly and location good. Breakfast is quite good too.

The hotel and the room is very clean, excellent staff. I liked everything. You have the facility to park at the parking Infront of the hotel with out any charge.

The hotel has a good possition but its good to have a room with the balcony looking ať the sea. We had a room inside of the hotel, almost no light, very uncomfortable bed and the noisy staff prepering breakfast was also disturbing in the morning. The breakfast was ok.
