Staff was lovely. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Extremely close to train station so after a long day I didn’t even have to walk more than a minute and I was in bed less than 10 minutes later.

If you arrive during the evening there was way too many undesirable people by the entrance in the.street. Feeling uneasy.

Good location near the train station and the lake. The room was really comfortable and the people were really nice. We enjoyed our stay!

I appreciated having a secure place to store our bikes ( we are traveling by bike) but this is the first time in 35 years of traveling by bike that I had to pay 5 euros/ bike to store them. As I said, I appreciate having the option, so not really a big deal.

The location is perfect, opposite the train station and bus stops. Cleaning was excellent.

The room had no safe, the Aircon went off when it wanted to. The breakfast was poor and we had to keep asking for a refill on food. Didn't feel safe, 2nd nice, 2 youths tried to get in, when we opened the door.

The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was exceptional.

The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy.

Due to location from Lecco station, one can opt straight away as stay if you dont want to go farther from train station.

a bit of washroom was not upto what I had expected. But overall it is fine for couple of days.

Very poor breakfast considering the price of the hotel. Beds are uncomfortable, mattresses are falling apart on the double bed. Air conditioning does not work. Good location in relation to the city center, but inability to access the hotel by car.

Facilities were very good and the location is ideal for everything as it is fairly central. Peter the manager got gluten free food in for breakfast too. Nothing was too much trouble.

The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet so that wasn't comfortable.

1. Breakfasts were really good! Big choice of food. Fruits, yoghurts, scrumbled eggs, bread and add-ons to it, cereal and sweets like cookies and croissants.2. Staff very helpful and kind.3. Localisation really nice - close to all the crucial spots and in one of the main streets.

1. In the room description, it was stated the room it's SOUNDPROOF - it wasn't at all. You could clearly hear EVERYTHING, both, from your room, and from the corridor, also through the bathroom vents, could hear every sneeze and people talking at night. 2. Beside the electric kettle, there was suppose to be a minibar in the room - there wasn't.3. The bed was terribly uncomfortable! Was described as "double bed" but truly were just two singles, with two separate mattresses that moved throughout the night and created a big space between.

There was no hot/warm water, was cold in the room , blankets are not warm enough, the kettle didn’t work because the kettle plug didn’t fit into the sockets in the room . The door of the room wasn’t possible to open, we had to call the receptionist every time to enter the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was perfectly located.

loads of dust on windows and around the kettle. no cups or milk or sugar to use the kettle with. breakfast choices were low.

Bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was clean. Breakfast was good even without a lot of options.

Bathroom and shower walls were not clean. it took a lot of minutes with shower opened to water got hot enough.

Upon arrival, we discovered that there was no hot water in our room, which is a basic necessity for any guest. Despite notifying the reception immediately, their response was defensive, and they repeatedly stated that they couldn't do anything about the situation. Additionally, the air conditioning unit's heating function was not working.

Only the breakfast was good.

I had several issues during my stay. First, I couldn't connect to the WiFi at all. The hot water was barely warm, almost the same as cold, and there was water accumulation in the shower due to a clogged drain. The mattress was uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. While the location is conveniently close to the train and bus stations, it's extremely noisy, especially in the early morning hours. Unfortunately, I stayed here only because there were no other options available.

When I checked-in, the light in the bathroom didn't work, and they had to send an employee to change the lightbulb. There were problems with air conditioning—sometimes worked, others not. Breakfast is served by 10am, and they become frustrated if you are still eating after that time. If you are close to the check-out time, the receptionist waits on the floor to give the key as soon as possible, which is pretty rude even for small delays. Others also experienced no hot water in 2 different rooms.
