Location, great breakfast

The room a bit old

It was not our first visit to the hotel and the breakfast is really very good and we will go back again

The personnel were too nice to us. We even had a room upgrade to have a lake view.The room was clean and confortable. The lake view was nice.We also liked the breakfest.

The mountain view room was noisy. The abbadia region itself was empty with no life.

The staffs are very friendly, especially the manager, Mr. Said. He send us to airport with his own car

Limited number of restaurant

The view and breakfast were nice.

There was no hot water, no slippers, and the elevators were very slow.

Location which was very close to the lake and 20 min to Varrena

I been charged for the parking at the checkout without been informed at the checkin

A good location for relaxing, right next to lake como. The location gets you away from the craziness of Como and Bellagio . The staff were very sweet and super helpful. Breakfast was lovely.

It was alot older than the pictures lead you to believe, facilities are outdated

We had the best time. The location is perfect everything is tidy , great breakfast , convenient private parking by the lake. Best views and above all is the exceptional service ! Can't wait to come back.

Very nice spot near the lake with a great breakfast on the garden with the lake view. Clean rooms.

Rooms could use a little "refreshment" especially furniture.

Good hotel but park beach next to it played really high music until late

Location, parking, staff.

The room is small and simple. Could use some paint. The bed was fine. Shower tiny but OK. The TV didn't work for us. Parking was great. Beach is right in front. You can have your breakfast overlooking the lake. It is beautiful.

The breakfast was extensive and open all morning. This was a great 1 night stop over on the way to the airport.

There was some road noise getting into the mountain view apartment. This might annoy light sleepers. In the morning there was some loud machine noises going on outside in the park that disturbed what would have been a tranquil morning in the breakfast garden.

4 mins walk to Abbadia Train station which makes it easy to go anywhere. The breakfast was good enough. The view was amazing. Stayed in lake view room. Staff was cooperative.

No in house restaurant. You have to stay hungry if you dont eat before 10pm.

Location is by the lake and breakfast is good.

Very run down. Pictures are totally misleading. Same as when it was build maybe in the 70’s. Charges extra for parking although should be free in such a location and condition.

Breakfast facilities were poor, dirty plates plastic disposable cups

First room was shocking, refused to stay in it. Dirty bathroom, toilet flush broken, paint peeling off walls, mould on ceiling

The hotel has a very good view of the lake. Breakfast is well and rich.

The hotel has administrative problems. It was very hard to me to reach the hotel. They don’t have fixed prices for services like extra bed. They told me 35 € first then 30 €, however it is written 20 € in the hotel page. They finally charged me 40€ in the receipt for the extra bed. The hotel is far to the Como center.

The property was nice, and its location close to the lake was great.

In the morning, it was very crowded, so we had to wait in line for breakfast.

Amazing breakfast and and great communication with the stuff. Also, train station is near.

Poor connection. If you do not have a car, you can reach Lecco basically only by train or taxi ( bus also but not reliable). And if there is a strike or disruption you are sucked in Abbadia. My advice: go by car.
