HLL Hotel Lungolago Lecco-Como Lake

Great location and they offered actual apartments! The accompanying restaurant was incredible, the staff treat you like family. Everything was great!

Good value for money

No lift. Was there Sat night had the first room up the stairs and we had an early night but it was noisy as people came home. Not the end of the earth but worth noting.

Beautiful location next to lago lecco and price is fairly reasonable. You can find free parking along the side (white line) if you are lucky.

A little bit noisy because we are right on the side of the road. Also the noise from the air-conditioning, it makes squeaky sounds that are kind of annoying when you try to sleep.

It was clean.

Advertised as lake view, but there are tall trees and a play area and a road between the lake side rooms and the lake. And there is construction at the moment. It was a one or two star hotel given less than mediocre facilities and poor location. Noisy at night. No way to cool off a too warm room.

I loved the location! The staff was super friendly! They have been super nice and kept our luggages while we were walking around Lecco. Just an overall very nice experience

Great spot, originally booked an ABNB, we abandoned it as the owner left. (My son’s comment was I think the owners died straight away). So booked HLL at 8pm, we were really happy when we got there, right on the lake promenade, literally 150 metres from restaurants and bars 50 metres across the small road to lakeside

Good location and easy check in. Hotel was clean

Breakfast selection was poor (items not replenished). Amenities listed online weren't in the room (tea/coffee making facilities). Room listed as soundproof but we heard the conversations next door all night

It was amazing staff and very clean place with a good view

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The food in the hotel's restaurant was outstanding. The view and the location of the hotel is perfect.

The only thing I would change is the mattress. It was just so cheap old spring mattress and gave us bad sleep every night. That needs to be changed I think.

Very dirty room, carpet was in an awful state. I was itching in the bed all night. Terrible stay

Staff is very responsive and try to fix problems promptly as they come up.

There are fundamental maintenance issues that should have been fixed before our check-in (water from showers ended outside and spread into bedroom, making a mess). Beddings do not look clean- and have no duvet cover.

Good location, good breakfast. Very good restaurant under the hotel!

Only one parking lot was provided for the apartment.

Superb

Lack of mugs, no kettle. The apartment was rented for 5 people but we had only 2 normal cupe for tea and boiled water in a pot. Sure, it wasn’t such a huge problem.

A bit basic .Eating breakfast with morning staff coming in and deliveries being brought through at the same time.Stairs a bit worn and grubby, felt like a hostel.

The location was right next to the lake and city center,so allowed you to take a nice walk anytime. The staff was very nice and helpful and very accomodating.

The balcony view towards the lake was covered by trees. I don't think the hotel can be made responsible for that. However it should not be classified as lake view since you can't see the lake. The showers cabin had mold on the outside. The bedrooms were not well insulated.

The hotel itself was fine, as expected. The staff were very friendly. The room was also ok.

Shower didn’t drain quick enough

Nice spacious room. Conveniently located 15 mins from the centre of town. Room felt clean enough and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel felt a bit old and shabby. Pics are definitely a few years old. Nothing major just feels a bit tatty.
