Pros +
- setting was beautiful, room was comfycable car down mountain was awesome
- Location, views, food
- Location was excellent – right at the foot of the slopes. Heated storeroom for boots was fantastic and the food in the restaurant was very good.
Cons -
- you need a car,We were out of hours and it was hard to find where our accommodation was
- Room was tidied daily but paper cups were not replaced and coffee and tea supplies were not replenished. That was slightly disappointing.
- Rooms require renovation. The carpet has probably not changed since the 80s. Furniture and decor old and weared.

Location. Restaurant and lobby areas are nice with a fantastic view.

Excellent breakfast, lots of choice. A great buffet. Was also able to have decaffeinated coffee although hard to get a second cup. Ski storage and boot storage warmers.Ski in ski out location. Excellent quality of food.
Seating in lounge area could be more comfortable/welcoming. The bar prices were high, once resort is closed there is nothing else open! We were skiing all day so having early nights. No easy way into town or back after 6pm. Evening menu was very limited for an eight day stay, improved when we discovered the Plat de Jour. Half board options were not explained to us until second night. Steep slippery path to ski storage although this was improved with mats part way through week.
The location is on the piste. Really one big advantage. Lady is super nice on the reception
Price is excessive ( same for other places around) , room is more than basic. Breakfast also is very very simple
The location is perfect! The views are incredible from the room and the lounge was very nice too.
The staff were not always at the front desk and the bed smelled like wet towels (everything else was clean). There weren’t enough parking for all guests so we had to park in a public parking lot further down the hill.
Location, breakfast, friendliness of the staff
Rooms are a bit outdated yet the bed was very comfortable
Right on the slopes
Noisy with the piste bashers at night Needs up grade But could be amazing
Friendly & helpful staff.Excellent location for ski in/out.Superb food both breakfast choices and evening meal quality.
Service for evening meal on final night was not as good as usual. The restaurant was busier and the staff were over stretched.
- proximity to the Bettex ski lift- friendly staff
- very small rooms and thin walls can hear your neighbours breath- there is absolutely nothing around hotel. After the lifts close there is nothing to do except the hotel’s restaurant. Rooms are old (in some places door handles are hanging on one screw e.g. restaurant)- no wifi in rooms and limited mobile connection- parking area is a long way away so if you have skis and suitcases be ready to carry them uphill/up a long steep staircase
Small room but good view next to ski slopes.
Restaurant menu did not change while we were there for 3 days.
The room was spacious, clean and quiet with a wonderful view and right on the slopes what more could you ask for.
Fantastic location with spectacular views of Mont Blanc.
Dinner menu was a little limited for a whole week stay.
Convenient to slopes, staff were so obliging and the views were breathtaking.
Nothing to complain about.
The view of the mountains was sublime and the location perfect. The hotel under new management had only been open a week and there were definitely things to be improved but everyone was doing their very best and always helpful. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast area/bar nicely decorated.
The rooms were a bit tired and particularly the bathrooms, although we were in the Superior room which appeared to be better than some. The evening menu was very limited and expensive but there is not much choice if you are up from the village unless you drive down about 20-30 minutes into town. The breakfasts improved though our visit.
Close to the ski slopes. Lovely view. Free use of sauna. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant next door. Good breakfast. Very family friendly but very well noise insulated.
No glass glasses in the bedroom. No coffee making facilities in the bedroom.
Very good
The Menu for evening meal was very limited. There is nowhere else to eat around there. We had Pizza for 4 nights. It was either Pizza or a set menu
Excellent staff (especially Magelie). Late checkout. Location is fantastic for ski in and out. Shame there isn't a way to get down to the town and back at night
No service to get to town and back at night. Limited menu.
Amazing location, right next to the slopes and the gondola. Great value for money. Sauna is great. We really enjoyed our stay. Good breakfast!
If I need to mention something, only that there was no one at the reception for most of the time.
