Pros +
- Good breakfast, lovely and friendly staff at all times. A toaster would be an asset, they are not expensive. The room was very comfortable. The location perfect. Reception staff extremely efficient and more than helpful at all times. Excellent!
- Clean well designed , quiet .Lovely warm room ( not too warm !) fantastic location close to station and fab cable cars to town .Nice pool , very friendly staff Cant wait to go back
Cons -
- Bar closed very early and all the doors locked and lights dimmed. I felt like this was more of a hotel for school parties not really adults. This is the negative side and will probably influence my choice in the future. Sadly you cannot check in until after 4pm or even drop off your bags as the place is locked up. I was therefore forced to pay another hotel to care for my bags as we arrived at lunchtime. The jacuzzi was slippery and I fell badly.
- Check in was a bit inconvenient -you couldnt check in between 12 and 4 - or drop a bag .
