Nine Hotel

Staff was super nice and friendly, location was really close to the station and close enough to the Autodromo which was my plan. The only thing is that it did get a little bit loud at night from the restaurant and the pillows weren’t the best. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would book again

Room was specious and very comfortable. On 3rd floor with an elevator. Great location near the Duomo of Monza. Breakfast is ok and the restaurant is really good. Service is attending.

It’s a bit not ordinarily to find the so called reception at the middle of a huge restaurant and pass through the tables in order to get to the elevator and your room…

Great room and location in the center of Monza. Was there for Formula 1 and we had a dinner on Sunday night at the restaurant downstairs so it was very convenient. Bathroom was very clean and beds were comfortable.

The place was beautiful but I msg them I have to coming early 1:00 clock make ready they don’t did.Bcs check in was 2 o’clock but when I there 2 o’clock the room was not ready I wait there in balconi 1 hour after the bathroom when u bath the water is coming out side , the aircondation no working

I couldn’t readily find the entrance, and it was a bit strange having to walk through the restaurant to get to the elevator, but once that was clear, it was all fine.

I could not control the heating. Nor the thermostat light which was too much in a bedroom. Had to switch off the electricity altogether to sleep.

Heating in the room was not enough and we could not increase the temperature from the system

Good and spacious room, comfortable bed and good breakfast (almost everything was home made). Excellent location right next to the historical city centre and friendly staff. As I arrived early to Monza , they allowed me to do early check in (and also late check out).

The only possible improvement would be to create an area for hotel guests only to access the facilities as one has to go through the tables of the restaurant. However, it didn’t cause much troubles.

We loved the staff and location over looking the river. The restaurant was good downstairs. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Really great location

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and towels were not great but for the price it was good value.

Spacious room.Very good location in the middle of the city, at walking distance from the railway station.Staff was nice and helpful.The design is nice and cosy.

The shower water evacuation was cloged.A lot of garbages close to the stairs and elevator going to the rooms.

Location is great, right in the heart of the Old Town, great shops and restaurants nearby.

No hot water for a whole day, had to boil a kettle to have a wash. Decorating is questionable, part of the ceiling was movable metal plates, you could see scaffolding above. Mini fridge was dirty inside, some sort of gunk at the back. No Wi-Fi available at all even though it was advertised.

central location, lovely breakfast. big rooms. very nicely renovated bathroom.

Very difficult to find by car in the evening as area primarily pedestrian. No reception. Its the pay counter in the restaurant. This should be explained to guests.

it's a little hard to find the hotel. maybe the hotel needs a shop sign.

It was an amazing hotel with all the facilities and more . Specially the stuff was very kind and welcoming. They made sure to keep us safe. The guy at the reception and the man at the breakfast counter didn’t just give us a wonderful stay but also made us feel connected.

Everything was perfect

The room was huge and well organised. Bed was comfy. The location was great: next to the city center with a lot of cafes and cocktail bar nearby. The breakfast was nice, with an average selection of food. Staff was kind.

The room wasn't properly cleaned: I found an open bottle of water in the refrigerator, a sticker on the couch, some hair in the bedroom, a full ashtray in the balcony. Some renovation works within the bedroom were incomplete: air conditioning pipelines were visible and holes in the wall not properly closed. To enter the hotel you have to pass through the restaurant, in-between the tables, which is quite strange for both hotel's and restaurant's guests.

Location is ideal for exploring Monza. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Restaurant is packed with locals enjoying Saturday night out - a good sign for sure. But we were overwhelmed with the incredible hospitality we experienced from the staff.

Suggestions on drop off and parking spots would have helped.

The bar next door was really nice, and the continental breakfast served in the morning was ok.

The first room I was allocated had a look in the ceiling so I was given another room. Both rooms were worn and tired. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel. The rooms had no tea/coffee/milk. There was no toiletrie essentials-soap,shampoo,body wash. The carpet and couch bed were disgusting and dirty. The line to reception was constantly busy but the hotel was not busy. The receptionist, Ada, was rude, unhelpful and not approachable. The walk to the room was through the restaurant, then through a dirty corridor and up dirty stairs. It felt like some downtown servants quarter. I am a mum of 2 year old twins, so went for a rest and to walk around Monza. I booked in the week so thought the price and weekly booking I could expect a bit of luxury but was sadly mistaken. I will never stay here again or recommend to any family or friends visiting Italy.

Very nice location, clean room

Air conditioning not working. Asphyxiating atmosphere with more than 30 degrees and humidity 60%. There was a fan that could not do much and the windows were unsafe to keep open. The management should have warned about that and offer the option to cancel for free at least. Going through an extremely busy restaurant to get to the rooms. Would not recommend
