Room was large and airy, well-appointed with comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom. Breakfast provided a wonderful choice of high quality food and was also excellent value. Lounge area next to reception was generous and very comfortable.All the staff were very friendly and helpful, including breakfast staff, reception and cleaning staff. Everyone was there to help make our holiday a good one. A special mention of Davide.

It would have been good to know, ahead of time, that the air conditioning had been turned off centrally due to the season. We spent one long night trying to work out what to do to get the temperature right for us.

We were stuck in Monza unexpectedly after a cancelled train and booked a room here last minute. It's a short walk from the train station. The staff was incredible and gave us recommendations for the area. There is a sitting area where you can order from the bar behind the desk (open late). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was great, and we were happy with our stay. There is an option to include breakfast, but we didn't try it. We did try La Cucina di Via Zucchi, which was on The Fork app and recommended by the staff, and it was great.

Showers need upgrading, phone didnt work, broken coffee mug wasnt replaced, toilet kept running for 2 days with no fix.

Great location, ambiance and reasonable amount of "innovation", which means that you don't need to have studied informatics or go through 10 different processes to put the light on and off. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The front desk is very helpful and nice. Parking was convenient. The hotel is very well located near a lovely outdoor shopping area with plenty of restaurants. During this major heat wave, the AC worked amazingly which is very important to a comfortable night's sleep.

Price, location, comfort, high quality breakfast and good welcome. Also, we needed a room for 4, so that was a great option. That was a great place to stay at a reasonable price. Monza is rather small to visit so the location just outside the ZTL zone was perfect. I thought the proximity with the train station might be a problem, but we hardly heard the trains. Booking the parking in advance could be a must if your car is not too big.

The room has AC but it was not working properly. even with open windows at night it was uncomfortable to sleep.

The view is not great but it's convenient to be right beside the station. Renovation works in the hotel. The elevator is outside.

The room was perfect, location as well, two minutes from the old town and from railway station for those who travelled by train. There is a bar and a small, very cosy terrace where you can take a break
