We loved everything

The location is excellent, just steps from the lake. The women working daytime shifts at reception were genuinely sweet and helpful. Rentable bicycles were also a nice option for exploring the area.

The “air conditioning” advertised does not actually work. After three trips to the front desk, the owner dismissed me each time, repeating “it’s Italy, open the window” while chain-smoking inside the breakfast room. He pretended to adjust the thermostat, but nothing ever changed.When I asked for a fan, he said no — yet the next day I found one sitting in the hallway. It could have been offered the first night to make my stay more comfortable.The experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, with zero effort made to resolve the issue.

Breakfast was really good! The cleaning service was impeccable; they cleaned our room morning after morning. The crew was really nice.

We had an excellent stay! The hotel staff was so friendly. We checked-in easy and then decided to rent e-bikes to cruise around town. They ended up giving us the bikes free of charge due to a slight issue with the bike battery lock/keys. It really was no issue and it was so nice of them! We felt very taken care of. The breakfast was delicious and there were many choices for everyone. We loved our stay and would definitely come again! Thank you!

Everything you can think of was great - from the gentleman at the reception who spoke english and made it easy for us to check in, to cleanliness of the room, to comfort of the bed, to location, to breakfast and other staff... Highly recommend

As much as the room was clean, a noticible bit of dust around the air vent in the bathroom was bothering me for some reason, bit of thick dust on top of the tiles and the room doors were a bit loose whilst being closed which resulted in sounds from the corridor reaching us clearly. However it's nothing that will make your stay less enjoyable but it is something that may bother some people.

Great location and great to be able to park the car right outside. Staff were lovely and breakfast was delicious - as was the coffee.

Two pillows would have made the room more comfortable.

Firstly the hotel had reserved a car parking space for us, which was an excellent start. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was a reasonable size, comfortable and clean. There was a good selection for breakfast

Generally this was a good hotel but no facilities to make a drink in the room and, at times, it could be a little noisy

I don't think the rooms are not very well isolated, so you hear a lot of the noises from the corridor, which unfortunately wake you up quite early in the morning.

Small, but well organised rooms. Very clean and fresh. The breakfast was very good with fresh coffee and fresh fruit. Friendly staff.

Cleanliness, helpful staff, very good range of breakfast. My air con was good and it was close to the town and railway station.

I didn’t expect soundproof rooms; but I shouldn’t be jumping off the bed when the adjacent room door was being opened! Btw, that in spite of very gentle people staying at the hotel.
