- It is not a hotel but a marriage destination. There are no facilities for routine travellers. There is hardly any security, one person at the gate is always playing with his mobile phone and does not dare to check any one. There is arrangement for breakfast or lunch or dinner. The staff somehow gets the food based on their minimal menu from outside and serve only in the room. The staff is not well groomed and disciplined. Not many people are around to look after the services and facilities.We had continuous power cuts and the rooms were hot initially. Subsequently the room became so cold that we had to switch off the aircon. The aircon cannot be controlled easily as it takes a lot of time to respond to the set parameters. There were hardly any people in this huge building. The lobby and the loft areas are not air conditioned. It feels like an oven inside.
