This hotel should not be recommended
We were given a very small room. When we said we were checking out they changed the room. There were cockroaches in the room. Leaking shower unit with water flowing on the other side. Shower and tap running simultaneously. No toiletries except for shampoo and body wash. Food was expensive , one gulab jamun was for 150 Rs. Not sure if our package had breakfast but we had to pay for it. Also as I could not find my booking confirmation they said I had booked a room for Rs 5300, which I was not sure off. But for a hotel that had 2star facilities the rate was too high and we felt scammed. This hotel should be taken off your list.
The Staff is very friendly and they have a dedicated parking area for their visitors and guests.
Rooms are not clean and insects can be found roaming around
Best hotel to stay excellent food neat and clean. Rooms staff was very good
The service was excellent.
Location was within city. We were a group of friends coming from chandigarh and delhi and we’re looking for stay near the highway. But it was not far from the highway.
Due to the COVID protocol, breakfast was served in the room, it was simple and good.
