Extremely clean and well facilitated. It sure is value for money.

Food was pretty average. Need a lot of improvement on their food.

The live singing program and the staff was helpful. Food was decent and rooms were super clean.

There was no central heating in bedroom instead blowers were provided which in the cold weather didn't do the job. The kids playground had algae all over it and the slides were rusty as well. The spa didn't had any staff to attend or cater to.

The food was great. Staff was friendly, helpful and polite. Cleanliness was up to the mark. Overall a pleasant experience.

More toiletries could have been provided like hair conditioner and lotion.

Bathroom drainage is completely messed up.. Even after multiple complaints the problem still remains the same.. Could have been properly handled either by shifting to some other room or getting the problem fixed

the staff is unprofessional & all the time they are using high music till 10pmi was waiting for someone to take my bags for 15min finally i took myself AC was not working for 3 hours around 1st floor room was extra hot on 22 april from wall water was coming all night water was on floori was with my foreigner friend he was not comfortable with all this they made us wait to do all long lengthy paper work for 20-30mins n last but not least I forgot my cloths in hotel by mistake as i was very tired n not comfortable stayalso then i call to the property n said them to send me my cloths by courier & in this i paid the courier cost to Mr.Gaurav he send me stupid trouser

Overall it was a nice stay. Everybody enjoyed their stay. Staff were very helpful especially Jyoti and Bhuvan. Also enjoyed the live performance of Bhuvan. Surely going to recommend this to my family and friends.

it’s location is bad on a highway, away from Corbet main area. food is expensive and bad .

The property is beautiful with lush green forests and trees surrounding it. The rooms are big and spacious. Food was very delicious. Staff was courteous, polite and helpful. Overall it was an amazing stay.

This property is not up to mark, it’s a 3 star hotel. Poor service, lazy staff, food quality was so poor, bathroom , flush was also not working.

Too much time taken for check in. If guest are waiting for check - in hotel staff should ask tea or coffee at least.

Rooms were very well furnished like a 5 star hotel.The view is very beautiful from the balcony.Also you have the swimming pool there to enjoy.

Breakfast menu can be improved.Like under this price,the breakfast should be more good.

We had a lovely stay at Winsome Resort and spa. The food was excellent and the staff was super friendly. We had a great holiday and they took all necessary precautions that are needed during the pandemic.

The reception, poor staffing and they don't have card facilities at there hotels. That given me a shock. I have pay by paytm with surcharge of 2.7 percent Extra. ,???

A disaster in the making ! They have no Covid safety measures in place. Not a single staff was wearing a mask; no temperature check on arrival; no sanitizors placed anywhere. Booking.com should delist this property. Service is pathetic. Ask for a simple bottle opener and a staff lands up after 30 minutes with a large spoon and says he will open the bottle with it !!! Rooms are no where near what they show in the photos - dirty, stained and most unappealing. Strongly recommend you do not stay here. There are many better options in Corbett and do not get mislead by their photos.
