Small swimming pool, more entertainment should be kept

The Rooms were big and clean. Nice garden in front of the rooms. Exceptional restaurant. The dishes were very well made with a big and nice menu. The food was exceptional and all kudos to the chef. Mr Balwant and Prakash from the front desk were very nice and supportive. All in all a very pleasant stay. I would surely book them again if I repeat a visit

Food,staff, cleanness and good prise..

The food preparation is awful....the cook and maintennace staff and overall monitoring needsfar far improvement. Food preparation needs to be more hygenic and clean.

The glass bottles for providing water in the rooms are not clean, the cups are not cleaned after being used by guests. There are issues on hygenic providion of water and food.Rooms are good and toilets are good and maintained well.The wardrobes need tobe provided with hangers.

It’s a basic good hotel if you want to visit Jim Corbett. It was an hour away from Durga Devi gate.

Not much to complain about. I was there only for one night.

Nice resort just a couple of kilometers away from the Jim Corbett park's Dhela gate. Only 9 rooms in the entire resort, so if you go during the weekdays there is a probability of having the whole resort for yourself ;). The resort can book your safari if you are willing to pay 'extra'. Enjoyed the garden where one can relax with a book. For couch potatoes, the TV in the room actually works and you can also access OTT platforms. The rooms are large and spacious. The bathrooms are clean with premium fittings.

The food was quite expensive. 4 plates of Idly sambhar cost 1000 INR. Coffee cost 80 INR. I would have paid this price in remote areas of Ladakh but Ramnagar is not Ladakh.

The room was very spacious and modern, and the facilities were also great. The staff helped us during our stay (e.g. by helping us to book a safari and a cab to take us from/to the train station).

Clean hygienic and healthy breakfast options. Great timings.Head Chef Mr Rawat produced 3 outstanding Continental dinners, tailor made for our requirements.

Location is not “in the heart of the Jim Corbett”. It’s just at the beginning. Pool is very small.

For improvement, but not really demerit* Door mat could be better as there is lawn, goo mat is must otherwise lot of grass comes inside* shampoo was too strong, recommend bringing your own

The resort was very much cool and well maintained. Services were satisfactory, staff was very much customer attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We couldn't used swimming pool in the evening as a group of boys was drinking and dancing alongside the pool. We thought to come back later but the pool was closed and however boys were still there drinking. This is not the fault of the hotel staff but there should be some policy or timing considering the stay of the families along with the male groups who drinks and shout in the property. They were also throwing things here and there. Just a suggestion to the property owners to think about it.

Firstly, Deepak, the host, was outstanding. He was incredibly helpful with all my questions. Being from Chennai, I had no idea which zones were open or how to arrange a Jeep Safari if a zone was accessible. I called Deepak from Chennai, and he handled the safari bookings for us. He also provided excellent guidance on activities available at Jim Corbett. Following his recommendations, we enjoyed a Hot Air Balloon ride, an Elephant Ride, rafting, and a Jeep Safari. What was initially planned as a one-day visit turned into a three-day stay. I even considered extending our stay for another day due to the comfort and hospitality of the place. The staff were friendly, and the food was fantastic. We initially ordered for two people but found that one portion was more than enough for the two of us. The property is conveniently close to Jhirna Zone and features a nice swimming pool and a lovely lawn.

No proper facility for drivers. Toilet provided gor them also in bad condition.

Great place on a budget staff is extremely helpful never says no to a thing property is very peaceful great with families a gaming room if could be added would do wonders kitchen is average but is very costly chef needs to be changed

Loved the property. Very clean. Awesome food. Superb staff. A perfect place for a family to stay. Its also very close to the national park.

The staff went above and beyond to help me book and plan my stay and safaris at the park.The staff at the resort were attentive and accommodating to my needs. The pool was a nice added bonus and welcomed after being on safari in the hot sun.The rooms are clean and comfortable.For me the location was perfect. The resort is in an area surrounded by locals and away from the noisy city. It was quite and so peaceful. If however, you are looking to be closer to the tourist area this would not be the spot for you
