Nisha housekeeping manger, Mr Joshi the property manager makes your stay special.The property should work on the restaurant timings to accommodate guest needs.

Property is good and well maintained, staff is also very polite and helpful in every manner. Had Bonfire as well everyday for an hour in the Garden Area. Breakfast was tasty, on time and few dishes in the Dinner were also tasty. Location is very quite and serene because is inside a remote village.

Rooms could have been more well maintained and cleaned. Doors were not fully sealed due to which cool breeze was flowing and room was quite cold specially in Dec when we visited.Location of the property is a bit not in the popular areas but a bit interior in the Village. Having a car is better else getting a transport is really difficult here.

Well to be honest nothing because it was dirty, unhygienic and filthy. The food quality was poor. The hot tub were broken. It's in a isolated place.The staff especially the receptionist and Manager were rude and horrible.

Rooms were clean and service was good….Food was not to good and not to bad it was ok.

The Swimming pool was not maintained at all, it was dirty.

I am writing this message to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the incident that happened during our stay at your resort. Yesterday, when I went to take a bath, the geyser in the room suddenly blasted and I was seriously injured. This has not only spoiled our trip but also put my life at risk.To add insult to injury, nobody from the resort took any responsibility for the incident. We waited for more than an hour for someone to come and assist us, but nobody bothered. Eventually, we had to rush to the hospital for treatment. The casual attitude of your staff towards such a serious incident is highly unacceptable.I would like to remind you that as a guest, we put our trust in your resort to provide us with a safe and comfortable stay. However, this incident has shattered that trust completely. We were expecting a better response from your management, but the way things were handled has left us highly dissatisfied

Very bad value for money

The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The whirlpool was not working. The reception called us about 5 times per day, including waking us up in the morning to tell us that we should come to breakfast now and calling half an hour later again with the words „Come to breakfast now“ (we did not ask for any of this). In the night (10:30pm) when we tried to sleep, they came by again, ringing the door until we opened to tell us they need another copy of our passports now. When asking for a black tea at breakfast, they simply told us that this is impossible and we should go to our room and make it ourselfs.

There was a big stain on the blanket and was smelling had to request another blanket which was bit clean but smelling also the room was way different as shown in the photos and the food was just OK not worth the price.

Place is near to Mailani Range and to other gates as well. Also , Zomato also delivers in this hotel which is exceptionally cool as you can't order in hotels from Dhikuli or Garjia where all the premium hotels like Taj etc. Room was very big and airy. And also has lot of windows and personal pool as well in the suite.

Swimming Pool must be clean, a little more lighting at night in the walkways. A little more tiddiness is required in the rooms. Food is a very big issue in this hotel as well as in premium hotels as well. Hotels must make their food home like coz these gravy food are not healthy for stomach and when u r like there for week. So it's must be home like. Morning buffet is very good but Lunch and Dinner is not good . Ex. This. Hotel , ITC hotels , Radisson Blu , other premium hotels are not delivering good food.

Disappointing

1. Poorly maintained Rooms. Not clean. No service was functional. Basic room amenities like bottle water (on payment), tea/coffee sachets were being rationed, dirty linen and towels.2. There is a stark difference in property seen in reality and what is seen on booking.com

The staff was amazing! Especially Pawan, Sanjeev Joshi, Aarti, Neha and Prakash from restaurant.The location of amazing, not very far from the market and other locations. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were extremely spacious and clean.

The swimming pool was not very clean and wasn't really kept up to the mark. Due to which I could not go to the pool during my stay.

Out of the two days stay and paying a reasonable amount for the stay, one of the staff Amit I guess in the restaurant,denied me to take sweetdish in my room aft r dinner. He said sir it's not allowed . I was shocked to hear that in front of many other guests. It was humiliation just for 4 small pieces of gulab jamun

Food was not upto the mark.We seem to be overcharged.Menu was overcharged too.Resort didnt meet the expectations as per the price they quoted.Did not provide shower caps,dental kits etc.

The staff was very cooperative. Responded quickly.

There was no privacy as you easily hear what other guests were doing or saying. The doors of the room and balcony were not up to standards. The view from the room is not what's given in pics.The capacity of geyser was too less to fill the bathtub and it almost 2 hours to do that.
