Charged more than shows in the website , washrooms are bad and smelly and pillows are dirty.

it is a good place to stay with nice friendly staff. Good food and parking facility is also available.

One thing that does not go very well is it's location which is away from the Lake.

Staff were nice, good location and nice balcony. Pretty fair quality for the price and more or less looks as advertised.

Wifi does not work, room was average, but clean enough. Bathroom wasn’t great. I didn’t expect much going into it so I couldn’t complain too much.

Being a couple road side room which had huge mirrors was provided.We also asked to provide another room but citing full booking reason, we were not given another room.It is cold in Nainital but only one blanket was provided and towel was also not there in the bathroom and water from the geyser was not so warm due to which We faced lot of problems and after this we switch to the other hotel.

Excellent friendly staff. Delicious food, they provided guidance and help for local sightseeing

The Room was ok but very bad smiling and they all chat there. They have there own taxes. I've make booking through the booking.com and said theres including taxes and services but they charge me extra 12% people are so so rude also there's no privacy. I have always found staff outside room feel like they're hearing us. and never understand wh..

Very expensive Room with very bad smeling and they all cheat there when you book with any app there will show you with airconditioner but there's not AC. I'v make reservation through the booking.com and said theres including taxes and services but they charge me extra 12% so guys be careful. People are so rude also there's no privacy. I have always found staff outside room feel like they're hearing us and never understand what we asked for. Manager said something to us and the owner said different things. They just want to make money from the guest doesn't matter guest not satisfied. Food is expensive and nothing tastes. We have always ask for taste but they can't give they said they all eat same food with no spicy just boiled.I will never recommend you to this OYO Summer king hotel. I have never expected this hotel run by Oyo because I have booked by booking.com and spoke with owner about the rooms and the price and he said he will charge us whatever it shows on our application but they took advantage of our arrived in hotel with family...So guys be careful please.

Cheating by hotel ...hotel staff call me 1 day before and tell to deposit rest money otherwise they cancell my booking due to peak season. .after depositing they said once again same money but when I refused they said due to booming I'd not mentioned by me so they don't find my payment and they told to send again my payment and they refund my one payment but when I reached them they refused any payment received....on call they share my all details to convince me..

Some one from Booking.com/OYO shared our booking details with Online fraudsters, we lost money.

Hotel refused to give us room saying that the rates are not workable. When we informed about our reservation and confirmation from Booking. com, they said go and talk to Booking .com. After paying extra amount they allowed us to stay.we are not able to reach Booking.com customer care...horrible Booking.com

Breakfast shown as complimentary.. But it was very harassing... No breakfast was provided.. No dental kit..

They are cheater. They took confirmed bookings through booking.com and denied us the checking stating they are oversold.

Fraud, cheaters. Recommend not to book this hotel ever. We were four adults with too kids and had booked well in advance as we got good deal at booking.com. But on the day of check in when I called up hotel they said they have no rooms for us. This was the case when I have already paid for the property in advance. So guys book this hotel only at your risk. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

there was no breakfast given by then.. very poor behavior of the hotel manager and other staff also.

they hiked the payment without any reason. there behavior was very bad, they didn't provide any of the facility, very poor service.

Views from hotel was OK and pleasant

Although the property is situated within 3kms area from all the top spots like mall road, naini lake, naini devi mandir, ropeway. However, the way towards the hotel from mall road is Highly inclined & very steep, it's almost similar to a mountain hiking or else you have to shell out money in taxi to go back to your hotel

The Location and proximity to all the tourist places in Nainital.The Host, Uppal Uncle. He is amazing with his hospitality.
