It was spacious

Couldn't use showers, jet spray not working properly. Location was false on the booking map and the real location was bit off the main area.

The best part of our stay was the cleanliness and the compassionate hospitality. Once requested Mr. Deep was generous enough to shift us to first floor from ground floor room. I recommend this place for women traveling solo or in group. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

Location is good not much far from city centre Appartment was good but blanket cover were torn all over ambience.

Food should be available all the time.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service . Food was good value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Staff was v nice. And the 2-bedroom apartment was great.

Distance from nainital mall Rd, but that was ok as hotel would call a local taxi for us whenever we needed to go to the mall Rd. Lack of a restaurant in the hotel.

Absolutely nothing. It was a nightmare for two days

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. At the price of rupees 30,000 for two nights. Breakfast was included but there wasn’t any restaurant. bathrooms were out of water 7 times in 2 days. Intercom wasn’t working so we had to go downstairs from third floor for getting things fixed. Location is too far from market. so no restaurant and nothing to eat. In case of rains, swiggy didn’t work. so it was the neighbouring hotel who was the help. staff of neighbouring hotel was more polite and helpful.

The room was nice and spacious and the staff was really accommodating too. Mr. Deep Prakash is really nice and welcoming. Beautiful view as well.

The apartments near are a little loud so soundproofing can be better. They have very limited cutlery so there weren’t enough of it for the four of us. However they took the feedback and assured that it’ll be improved upon.

Spacious Rooms. Good room service.

Phone/Intercom is away from bed. One has to go to other room to attend intercom. Naini lake is not visible from the hotel. Commuting to & fro hotel and main places of tourists attraction is quite expensive. Though breakfasts served at the room were good(Lunch/Dinner facility not available at the hotel) the menu is limited and repetitive.

The breakfast was good. The manager helped us in ordering lunch and dinner, as they don't provide food except for breakfast. The room was spacious and washrooms were clean.

We could literally hear all the noise in adjoining rooms which was not at all comfortable. also need to install ACs as it can get hot during the daytime.

Only the staff was very good and helpful , they give free pass for Nainital boat house club , this is the reason I have 4 other wise I would have given one

My room was smelling , plus towels were not white they were dirty with marks on it , infact we didn’t even took bath for our one night stay ..

Property was good. The staff was very co-operative. Well managed property. Very helpful. Breakfast was also good.

The location and washroom were not upto the mark as we reached no water in washroom and the other room basin was leaking

Very different from a stay in a hotel, staff was extremely courteous and helpful, especially Mr Deep(Manager) who guided us very nicely to the property and even came on his bike when we got confused, arranged a sightseeing Cab on a very short notice. The Night staff was extremely helpful and attended to our needs. Our 1 bhk had a different living room with a small kitchen.

One of our rooms got too bright at sunrise. Better curtains or blinds can be installed. Towels need to be replaced.
