Fitness centre needs to be revamped

The rooms are very spacious and beautiful, staff is polite and well hospitable. Really loved the food here, buffet offers a wide variety of dishes and dessert. View of Naini lake from hotel is mesmerising. The valet parking is a plus plus to convenience. Regulars shuttles to & from Mall Road also add to advantages of this hotel.

Activity area needs improvements.

Beautifully maintained, very comfortable, and the staff were wonderful - polite, efficient and friendly. In particular, they were very helpful to my elderly father.

My only suggestion I have is for handrails to be placed on the internal stairs to make it safer for the elderly or disabled.

Location

No thermostat working. Room was so hot I couldn’t sleep. Had to call technician at 2 in the morning to fix it but still the same. No 24x7 power supply, there was power cuts multiple times. While checking out told everything to front desk staff but no apologies were given.

Recently renovated & luxurious rooms. Good view from restaurant & rooms. Breakfast was amazing.

Bathroom lock broke & could not be fixed within our stay. Internet didn't work on TV. With such a huge TV, we couldn't sign in & binge watch our OTTs. Felt cold at night. The central AC didn't go above 22, and we had to ask for separate quilt & heater at night.

washroom size is very small , we book hotel by booking .com for 2 days on MAP PLAN but there is no buffet dinner he give me some printed dinner menu with less choices and i think he charge me accordingly but he charge me full amount .

The Spread was good with lots of Vegetarian Options. Staff is amazing and view is stunning facing Taal view.

Parking was congested may be because of uphill area. There was no Driver room available, during winters it is difficult for drivers to sleep inside the car.

The property offers breathtaking views of the hills and Nainital lake, creating a serene and picturesque stay. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with excellent bathrooms that add to the comfort. I also felt secure throughout my stay, making it an ideal choice for solo female travelers. The highlight of my experience was the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff, especially Manisha. She went above and beyond to ensure I had the best room with a stunning view and resolved any concerns promptly. Her attentiveness truly stood out, and I also appreciated the support from Ashutosh and Harshita.

Unfortunately, the coffee service was a letdown. The in-room coffee was basic Nescafe, which felt inadequate for a premium property. Upgraded options like Nescafe Gold or Alta Rica would make a significant difference. Additionally, ordering coffee was frustratingly slow; one morning, it took over 50 minutes and multiple follow-ups to receive my order. On another occasion, I ordered a mocha, only to be served what resembled Bournvita milk. It turned out the coffee machine was broken, and there was no backup solution, such as sourcing the coffee from their restaurant or providing a French press.The service in the restaurant and bonfire area was also notably slow, which detracted from the overall experience. Considering these service issues, the pricing feels high for what is currently offered. While the property has great potential, improving the speed and quality of service would make it a truly exceptional stay.

Excellent service by extremely courteous staff. Very good breakfast spread. The property was a short drive from the mall road. The hotel provides a pick up and drop shuttle service. Overall an amazing stay.

The prices are very high. Though the food was excellent, the hotel could have atleast 1 more restaurant.

The warmth and comfort from the staff right from the arrival. Special mention to Ms. Manisha , Mr. Rishab, & Mr. Kishan for taking care of all the requirements.

The food was not good at all. we ordered starters and main course....Radisson seriously has to change the cook. the taste was below average. however the breakfast buffet was average in taste. The hotel has no arrangement of outdoor sitting in restaurant. It is a must must....thing to have. what is the point in being in Hills and not having fresh air ......

The hospitality of the staff and their eagerness to make it a very comfortable stay for their guests. They listen to your concerns and rectify them immediately. They helped us at each n every step and also took care of all our special requests. Really thankful to all the staff.

For the price, they lack quite a lot of amenities. Having no gym with such a premium property is not acceptable. The food can be improved a bit
