No breakfast provided. Despite clearly saying it was included. More of a hostel than a hotel. Still nice over all.

The area is perfect for anyone traveling on Holidays by Train. Very close to Bellinzona Main Station. The staffs are kind and helpful. The apartment looks old but very clean and tidy.

The room was very small for a four people.

Great location down the street from the train station, with easy access to two grocery stores and the historic center of town. Nice little balcony off the room. Kettle & tea making supplies in room. Very clean.

The bed seemed a little low and soft for me, but I realize that's subjective. It may be perfectly fine for others. Please note that you have to climb up a half flight of stairs before you can reach the elevator so it is not suitable for someone who needs an elevator the whole way.

The location was very convenient and the stuff was nice. The floor was a bit dusty, but overall it was clean. The breakfast included coffee, juice, croissant and various toppings

It took me several minutes to realize the entrance is through the bar

Location great, very in the centre of Bellinzona, close to the train station/ bus stop, restaurantes, shops and supermarket.

Very noisy corridor. The doors from other rooms were always noisy to close and you could listen everything from the room. I stayed in a single bed with shared bathroom that it was very ok, although my room was very smelly (smells like sweat).

The location is perfect, 5mins walk from the train station, right in the centre. The room is simple, I knew that, but comfortable, has a hard dryer and a cattle and some tea you can make.

Only one toilet/bathroom for all rooms on a floor, even at 1am we had to wait 30min to use the toilet.The street is very noisy (loud cars and motorbikes) during the night, bring some earplugs or you will not sleep.

Great location 400m from rialway station, 300m from castle. Flexible and friendly staff. Checkin very flexible. Could even stay slightly longer in the room.

Good location near the station.

Dated hôtel with substandard facilities. Poor noise insulation. Only two electric sockets... too few for modern phone and other chargent. One was next to the pillow with the light switch - turn over at night and you wwigch pn the light! Worse the kettle had a 20 cm cord so it was dangerous as there was nowhere to put it safely.

Bit old furniture in the rooms

Next to where I needed to go. Staff was friendly.Easy to get inside even after the check-in time was technically closed. It's next to a bar which I think is theirs too (the owner's I mean).

It's a 2 starts hotel, you get what you pay. It was a bit on the expensive side for what I actually got. Sheets were Italian style, really didn't like them. I prefer a thicker blanket, even though it's warmer. I'm going to sweat anyway, so might as well be comfortable.

A bit noisy from the traffic and next room. Bed a bit small but wasnt expecting luxury for the price.
