    Pros +

    • Free parking,nice place for 1 night,no more.
    • Late night check-in was possible as there was no staff around and everything automated. Checkout was quick and easy.
    • 24 hour check-in was super convenient but a little confusing when we were trying to get into the foyer. Parking was great. Room and bathroom nice and clean.

    Cons -

    • Property charge me double price for breakfast although on booking was mention half price.Poor servive off stuff who supplies the breakfastDo not order breakfast. .
    • The beds weren't comfortable. Since no staff was around, instructions for getting into the building are either scattered around the building or at some point sent via email, but it wasn't obvious what triggered the email with the necessary QR code to get into the building. Arriving late and trying to get into the room for the first time felt a bit like a treasure hunt. Parking space was very limited.
    • Beds were a little uncomfortable and there were no blankets. Room was more expensive than I thought it was worth.

Nice rooms, fairly basic but nice. No coffee facilities but clean and the shower was nice.

I was a bit cold - asked for an extra blanket which they provided but I still had to sleep with my coat over the covers even with the air con turned up high. Air con was a bit noisy.

Easy check-in and free easy parking

The restaurant was closed, and we weren't allowed to get a coffee. So perhaps much better food and drunk facilities in the foyer. With all the 21st century check-in and QR codes, how are there no USB ports in the bedrooms.Oh, and the shower flooded in room 510, and some bulbs were out. And why is it the heating control.never works in hotels in general. 78 degrees in the bedroom, AC too noisy as usual.

Good size room and bathroom with good pressure shower.

Balcony door was half of its hingers and bed on the smaller sideAir-conditioned in room never got coolTravelling for for 10 days so far an unfortunately this was the worst breakfast we've had on our travels Also paid extra for balcony which looked out onto busy roundabout so didn't use

    Disappointing

Hard bedVery noisy outside Dirty furniture in the room Expensive for what you get. Next night we stayed a different hotel that was cheaper, cleaner and it included breakfast.

Didn’t think much of the hotel

Automatic check in and lift operation was terrible. We struggled, we witnessed other struggling

Poor price-quality ratio and bed hard like a rock

    - The road is very loud- The bed is hard like a rock, sleeping in the car is more comfortable. - Air conditioning did not work

    8AlisonPosted on: 8-25-2024

Air conditioning was a blessing during the hot weather. The restaurant serves incredible steak. Plenty of parking in the underground car park so the car stayed cool. Lovely walks by the river just across from the hotel. Easy access to autoroute. Spacious rooms.

Getting the Ticino ticket was a little complicated as they do not have staff on duty all the time - would be nice if it was arranged in advance so it was ready and waiting for you in your room. We got there in the end, though and they printed it in reception in time for our final day.

Easy self checking and out. Free secure underground parking. Would recommend for motorcycles. Restaurant next door was excellent ?

    Parking

No staff around, at the check in I had to fill more details and waste time, to understand how to operate the lift we spent 15 min and other people were struggling too. Pillows too small and when I sent a message to ask for more pillows they didn't even bother to reply. Rooms too spartans, one completely red (walls and furniture).

    Cleanness

Self check in process needs to be improved. I wrote my request to arrive at 2am and I called the hotel to confirm that self check in was possible at 2am. When we arrived the building was closed. Hence it was impossible for us to check in and generate the QR code needed to access the room, elevator. The night entrance is from the garage which needs the QR code as well. I rang a bell but no one answered. I wax lucky to meet someone that was exiting the garage at 3am so I could manage to enter the building by foot and check in. Overall was a nightmare and time consuming experience. I suggest to review the process, allowing late check in people like me to check in online and generate electronic QR code. Otherwise, do not claim 24h check in if you lock machines after a certain hour.

    Location, clean

It doesn’t worth the price. Too much expensive. Basically is a 3 stars hotel.

    7HenkPosted on: 7-24-2024

    Parking included, spacey room

No character, pricey for what it is.

    7JasonPosted on: 7-22-2024

    Cheap hotel

Air conditioning didn't work and the shower was rusty with leaks everywhere.

    9DesmondPosted on: 7-14-2024

Room was very big and comfortable and also the bathroom. Even though the hotel is next to a pretty busy road, the quality of the external doors and windows meant it was generally really quiet.

I got the room on a good discounted rate. The original price was extremely high, and I would have been disappointed if I had paid the full price. Also, I think if paying the premium price then the toiletries of the bathroom should be more available. There was two small sachets of shower gel only not enough for 1 person. Overall, it can be better for the guests and also more sustainable for the hotel to use bigger shower gel dispensers that are attached to the wall. They wont need to be refilled as often as replacing endless sachets and also cuts down on waste packaging.

    Location

Price was a little steep at €134 per night. Didn’t see ANY staff

    8DavidPosted on: 7-8-2024

not a bad place but check in a little tricky and felt a bit 1990's with its aging tech that was probably suited for a while ago

the check in process felt a little clunky with old tech. The shower in the room was really hard to operate. not just me being an old codger but it was form over function. After i mopped up the water from the floor, the room was fine
