The hotel needs a little update

Wonderfully central location in Bellinzona, extremely friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, good breakfast - so great value for money!!

Location was great - just across the street from rail station. Good eating and sightseeing within easy walkinf]g distance. Friendly and helpful staff.

Elevator was tiny - hard to fit two people and two small carry on bags in the elevator. Only 2 useable electric outlets in the room - difficult to charge electronic devices for two guests. Not good value for money - overpriced versus other places we stayed on this trip in Europe.

Location was excellent being in front of Railway station and old city. Beautiful view of mountains from room with sitting table chairs in gallery . Breakfast was good.

When I reached the reception told me your room is very small with one double bed. Whereas I booked room with twin bed. I also mailed the property that I need room with 2 single beds as I was traveling with my daughter. When I insist and going to leave the hotel then she changed my room. The room was small but with very good view and twin beds. Room was without AC however they provided fan which was comfortable in September. But I think in June July you can’t stay without AC and after paying 128 euro for a night not cost effective. They mentioned in listing room with electric tea pot. But no tea pot and tea bags were provided. Also no drinking water was provided in room.It should be complementary a bottle of water be available in room.

Location was close to the station and Castelgrande. View from room of castle was lovely. Terrace with its bigger view was also very lovely. Breakfast was good, decent amount of choice and I enjoyed the breakfast room very much. (Pics attached are view from room & breakfast room)

VERY small room with bed against wall. Also, before our stay, I received many spam messages which were concerning ("Your reservation is at risk of cancellation!") and never addressed afterwards.

Great location. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants and station. Great breakfast

No air conditioning. Unit in room only blew air. More of a fan than air conditioning. We came late at night and left early so it was ok. Longer stays would be uncomfortable

Simple/light breakfast included and the room was very clean. But the major advantage was its location: very close to the train station and very central.

Being a budget hotel other tenants were also loud and noisy kids that were neighboring our room. The breakfast was served 2 floors underground and wasn't easy to locate at first

It was so close to the train stations d an easy walk to the old town and castles when we arrived. Breakfast was adequate and fresh.

It was a cold night and doona was small on our bed so we froze. This place is tidy clean and no frills.

The prices are high compared to surrounding countries and the services are low for the price but it’s Switzerland. I chose this hotel with friends to find the most budget friendly option. In Switzerland this means that there is no 24-7 reception, only short hours, nobody to ask around. When there is somebody, it’s super hard to communicate in English. The wifi is really weak in the hotel.

The location was convenient, and the staff serving breakfast were very polite. Everything else was a disaster

Dirty bathroom, rugged towels, stained bedsheets, tiny lift - can't fit a baby pram in it.

Breakfast, location, working staff was friendly, courtesy and all were hard working.Now the front desk person had no personality, abrupt, and had skeleton hours.The pizza parlor next door as another highlight. The owner, Pablo was able to call the property after hours for us for entry. I didn’t receive the hotels email messsge due to area of reception here in Switzerland. He also allowed us to charge our phones as the electrical plugs were not usually Europeans outlets. Also great pizza and service.

Minimal furniture in the room. We had to take a table and a chair from our outside patio to put our suitcase on. Asked for extra pillows and blanket.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was nice and just 2 minutes away from the station.

Great location near station but quiet and with mountain/castle views. Good WiFi and good breakfast available from 7am so we could catch early train. Town lovely too I want to return to explore it more. Perfect for quick overnight stay.

The breakfast and the room in which it is taken is far superior to the rest of the hotel.

The reception didn't open until 3pm. Not good as it was raining.

Nice little hotel about a 3 minute from the train station. It was very reasonably priced compared to many in the area, and I'm still wondering why I was able to find such a gem at that price. As such, I was hesitant to choose it, but I'm glad I did. It was clean, friendly staff and sufficient for a place to rest my head for a night while passing through. I would stay there if I'm ever in Bellinzona again. Nice breakfast was also included.

Had trouble logging on to the Wifi while there, even after asking for help at the receptionist desk.
