Pros +
- I loved the location right across the train station, the sauna and spa, air conditioning, access to good food. They allowed us to check bags in. Did I mention air conditioning?
- The hotel was very convenient being right across the street from the train station. The room was clean and efficient for what we needed. The breakfast buffet was good.
- You could not get a better location just across the street from the train station, and close to the city center. The hotel has a bit of an upscale feel. They did have a very nice spa which was free to use which included wet and dry saunas. 24 hour someone working.
Cons -
- It was a bit expensive. Breakfast was ok, but staff seemed overworked. The staff were fairly helpful although one seemed to act we were asking stupid questions.
- SPA part of the hotel may be a bit exaggerated. There's a Turkish bath an a Sauna, that's it. Improvable breakfast buffet, specially the included coffee.A fridge in the room would have been great
- I missed having a fridge in the room. I am happy to drink tap water but prefer it cold, especially as the room was rather warm. I would also have liked either tea/ coffee making facility in the room or perhaps a coffee machine or vending machine for guests at reception. It would be handy for late night drinks.

Central and well connected. Nice and attentive staff. Clean and sufficiently spacious room.

The location is great, it has a nice view and it’s close to the station. The staff was very nice and welcoming.
Great location and friendly staff. Surprised how many people working in the hotel and the reception.
The location is fantastic. I liked the breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Room was very clean and comfortable.

It is very near to the station. I live at 4th floor and you can see the castle from the top window. The bed is big and comfortable. The desk and chair in the room are all nice to use. I will choose to stay here again if I come to Bellinzona.
The television didn't work. And the light is not bright enough at night. If you need a kettle, you need to go downstairs to take it.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom with a shower and bidet was excellent. The sauna area open to all hotel guests was decent was I enjoyed using. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful at reception as well as in the restaurant. The location is perfect right in walking distance to the train station, inner city, castles and restaurants and the Ticino River.
The doors to the rooms did not close quietly… meaning one heard when a guest left their room which was annoying especially late at night.
Great location directly across from the railway station. Comfortable accommodation in very clean rooms and a good restaurant on ground level.
Location, very nice staff, also at the restaurant, that goes the extra mile, room was nice
Mouldy smell in the steam bath in the wellness area, no kettle in the room
We won’t be back.
Parking. Map to off property parking confusing. Staff was not clear. Also we didn’t drop our bags at front door because staff indicated we shouldn’t.
The location was perfect directly across from the train station (with a small grocery store) and a very good cafe. The old town and castles are a short walk. The staff were very friendly. We stayed in a suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had plenty of space for our family of four! The coffee maker in the room was nice as well.
The breakfast has a big variety. It’s good but not great. The beds are big but very firm.
Practical good sized rooms. Excellent location opposite the train station ... and no noise. Short walking distance to the old town and all amenities.
The staff is very friendly and competent. The rooms are clean and removated. It's a top in class 3 star hotel.
Everythin was as expected.
Love the location of this hotel as it is right across the road from the train station and supermarket with cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel also has a restaurant if you prefer to stay in. The breakfast was excellent.
Great central location. Staff impressed with their friendliness and language skills.
In the center beside the railway station.Parking for the car.
The shower was very small. No balcony.
Great location, great staff, great breakfast, reasonable price.
My only negative comment is I wish the air conditioning would go lower. We had it turned all the way down and still was not quite cool enough for good sleeping.

The only negative thing was I wish the air-conditioning would go cooler. we had it to the lowest setting, but it wasn’t quite low enough for a good sleeping.
