Fantastic location and view. It's very close to the main station and to the main castle. You can see the main castle from your window. There is also some castle walls behind the hotel. It's very beautiful. The morning coffee is great. The wifi is good. It has a small refrigerator in the room and a towel dryer, very good. The employees are very kind.

It could have a safe for putting some important stuff inside. But that's ok

Owner and staff extremely friendly. Helped with carrying our baggage up and down the stairs.

Bathroom was poorly lit and quite small. Shower area small and slippery. Did not like the stairs to the room. They did not have a designated check-in staff and did not initially provided us with the 'tourist card' until we got to know of the card from the bus driver (very nice person) for the bus from Bellinzona to Lugano.

Perfectly situated with views to the castle and a lovely bar/ restaurant downstairs which is great for both a coffee / snack or dinner etc.The room was perfect for two with a magnificent shower and VERY COMFY bed.The hosts were extremely courteous and happy to do that little 'extra' that helped make our stay even more enjoyable.Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location in the centre of Bellinzona was great. The room was small but very clean. The views of the castles from the room were amazing. It worked for us for a couple of nights in Bellinzona.

Breakfast was a simple affair, with only limited options. It was fine for a quick meal to start the day. The shower was very small and the water pressure and temperature varied wildly making having a shower an interesting experience. There unfortunately wasn't very good sound insulation so we could hear our neighbours to either side of us as well as the noise in the hallway.

Both inside and outside, the restaurant was very good, staff super friendly. Had dinner and breakfast and was very pleased with variety and quality available.Bedroom clean and the bed was very comfortable

The bedrooms are a bit dated and i am sure the owners are aware. I would pay more for a more up to date design. USB charging points would be great.

The flat was spacious and the kitchen/living room was huge.

The flat was very old with wooden floor that required us to walk very carefully. It was a modified flat in the attive, but not very well modified.We went in the summer when it was hot. Although they turned on a air conditioner, but it required a window to be open the whole time to drain the water output. It was basically useless and the flat was hot.The washing machine had no proper draining place and was using the sink in the bathroom where you wash hands. This made the bathroom stink a lot.There was not enough body wash or hair shampoo for the number of people we had, nor washing machine detergent. We had to take shower and wash clothes with the hand soup alone.The staff who took us to the room didn’t really care to introduce everything to us. He left in a hurry and we were left to figure things out.There was no breakfast included for this room, unlike other normal rooms managed by this hotel.

I loved there was a portable AC unit in our room. Very comfy room with beautiful view looking over town. Great location and breakfast was amazing!

The apartment was in a great location , near city parking and was very spacious. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Kitchen was missing a freezer . There should have been a bigger Air conditioning unit for the size of the apartment.

The hotel stuff are extremely nice, the resturant is amazing and the location is top notch. Great value for money.

We loved that the hotel was practically built into the old town walls and we had a great view of the Castle Grande. Breakfast was fine and staff were helpful. Good to have an air conditioning unit in the room. Would recommend the restaurant.

This hotel is so close to all the things you would want to do in Bellinzona. The front desk staff and every one of the wait staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel gave us a discounted rate on the parking garage 1 block away. The hotel is lovely and it feels like you are staying in someone's historic home. We loved it.

Our room was warm and there was a portable a/c unit but we were unsure of how to drain it and keep the cold air inside. We were a little cramped with a teenager, a dog and 2 adults, but we all fit.

There's no Internet at all. They will give you the Internet and password, But it can't be connected. We feel not good.

Everything was good. It was a learning experience that the ground floor in Europe is floor 0, the 1st floor is 1 flight up, 2nd is 2 flights up.

It is an older building, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The hotel is at the foot of a castle and it is a short walk (5 min) to another castle where we had a dinner. There is a resturant in the hotel with a good breakfast. The staff were helpful. All around great and one of our favorites. The town is fascinating

Great location in the center of Bellinzona, short walk to the Castelgrande. Our room was small but very clean and comfortable with a great view of the castle - perfect for a one night stay. Very friendly, helpful, and happy staff! Excellent restaurant.
