Amazing value and super breakfast.

Taxi from station expensive, didn't know there is a very cheap bus near by.

Location

No electric in room until an electrician arrived. Shower was full of hair and cold Breakfast wasn’t worth bothering about Staff didn’t care at all. If you don’t like it don’t stay and no refund

Stayed at the ibis on my return journey, much better than the hotel on my outward trip.More central, and more friendly and welcoming, nice breakfast and comfortable room.

We have stayed in numerous Ibis hotels over the years and this is absolutely the worst . When we arrived no one was on reception eventually someone arrived with no apology . The room was tiny and pokey and in shabby condition , the bathroom was filthy with black mould in the shower, finally breakfast was cold . I doubt very much that the CEO of the company would be happy with the standard of this establishment .

The hotel is really well located, a couple of minutes by foot from the center. The staff is really friendly, and the room was clean. It's a really good option for a one night stay since rooms and bathrooms are small. It's the second time that we use it for a one night stay.

Most of the stay was as expected in terms for value for money : furniture, facilities, breakfast, atmosphere Beds, even the folding beds, were comfySize of single room was even slightly bigger than expected.

The family suite could have been slightly bigger.Facilities : we were missing a kettle in the single roomCleanliness: the rooms were both a bit moistly (both had air conditioning on, one was cold the other quite warm) - we reckon they should have been ventilated more often Comfort: besides of the beds, comfort was just ok

Breakfast. Available coffee machine at all times. onsite parking. Near the town centre. Easy to find. The place was clean and the beds comfortable.

the room was small, especially the bathroom and the toilet almost inaccessible owing to an oversize basin. Tall people would find it impossible. The whole place needed a face lift.

1/ Window not closing completely with cold air coming through in the room.2/ No plug close to the head of the bed. They gave a VERY DIRTY prolongator3/ Mildew on the shower door...

Loved my stay at the Ibis styles. Great value for money as breakfast is included. Also great location. Only 5 mins from city centre and shops.

The location was great for visiting Bourg en Bresse. Very central

The room had a faint smell of mustiness. The toilet was smelly and difficult to sit at for anyone over 6 foot as the sink was in the way of your knees. The car park is small and therefore arriving later in the day means you cannot get a space and have to park on the main road. No staff available after 10pm either

I booked a room about 50 minutes before I arrived in Bourg-en-Bresse. The room was clean, the staff were pleasant and the breakfast was included (unusual for France) and it was a great breakfast! Very happy with the stay overall.

The en-suite in my room was very small. I am 5'10" and relatively slim and had trouble moving around in it. Also, the aircon wasn't working - this may just have been my room.

Unfortunately there were barely any vegan breakfast options at the buffet (not even any plant based milk). I suppose this is a general issue in the ibis chain.
