Practical place close to Sierre, and the staff was welcoming.

They should improve its interior design.

Staying in this great family running hotel each time I'm in the business trip in Sierre.Feeling like at home ? always welcome

This is a very special hotel with everything optimized to make you regret that you have selected this specific hotel. The only moment I liked is when I checked out and left the hotel.

The hotel building is very strange. My room was very, very small with a tiny bad and I was unable to sleep because it was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was very basic and limited. If I will need to visit the area again, I will definitely avoid staying in the hotel disregarding how much more I will need to pay to stay in a better hotel.

Quiet, clean budget hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast was one of the better continental type that I've had. In a valley surrounded by beautiful Swiss mountains.

Bar and restaurant were closed. A bit of a walk to the nearest alternatives.

The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and quiet. Dog friendly and breakfast was included

The room was a nice size and had everything I needed. I especially liked the shower head and pressure. The bed was big enough for me (1.9 m) and was nice and hard.The breakfast did not have the greatest selection but enough to satisfy most people.The hotel was a really good price for the area.

The bells from the nearby church were clearly audible and could be disturbing during the night.

This is a lovely family-run hotel and the staff are very warm and welcoming. You can dine outdoors in the front garden/courtyard and enjoy a nice ambience. The hotel is extremely clean. Located in the quaint village of Chippis.

Nice italian restaurant attached to the hotel. Very helpful staff. I had to leave before they started to serve breakfast but they gave me a packet with sandwich, water etc.

The hotel was perfect for what I needed: quiet, peaceful, impeccable clean, friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast.

The place of the hotel was optimal for the purpose of my trip. The tidiness of the room was ok.

The room was not soundproof. An annoying water drop sound could be heard during the night, probably coming from the toilet tank (unfortunately flushing didn't help). The breakfast buffet was quite poor.

Practical and quiet location (not far from bus stop, not too far from the center of Sierre), ok room for a short stay.Italian hospitality is the plus. Apparently they got an old hystorical place and they are renewing it.

My room was not renewed and looked a bit too old style for the price. Basic breakfast buffet (not too much choice).I was asked to pay in cash, which is not too "up-to-date".

Location good and close to the bus to get into Sierre. Lot’s of car parks. Public swim lake in walking distance. Breakfast was okay.

The room we got was old and filthy. Carped looked shocking - one of the worst I’ve seen in a hotel of such rating, and for the door they had to install an additional lock as the card reader didn’t work anymore. It was crazy hot in the room. At least we could open the windows fully - no aircon. Not sure if we just had bad luck with our room but our friend staying at the same time had a much nicer room of same category. Hope this room will soon get some renovation.

Good for a one night stay.

Unfortunately my room smelled like somebody smoked in there before which I find very disturbing. Therefor I could only sleep with completely open window.

Convenient parking and location.

Breakfast extremely basic. No air conditioning in the room. Room wasn't cleaned. Stuff doesn't speak English.

Friendly staff and practical free parking.

This hotel is located close to a bell-tower which is ringing every half hour ALL NIGHT!! Yes, it is very loud and actually makes it imposdible to sleep. Since there is no aircondition or ventilation system, you also have to sleep with window open - makes the problem even worse!

The facility is pretty old and would need some renovation. The place is very clean though.
