Location, nice large clean room w fridge. V helpful woman at front desk.

Everything. The location is amazing, in the heart of all the action and shopping. The staff is extremely helpful and just nice people. Easily accessible from the train station on the Metro, which stood right in front of the hotel.

The place is good, next to the metro station, they give you the meteo ticket for free, but with the luggage we didn't know, and we went on foot from the train station to the hotel, and it was difficult especially with the rain and the hills, I recommend taking the metro it's free

Spacious room in the city center. Just beside the metro station but I didn’t feel noisy.

Room was tidy, clean and had lots of space for 2 people. Lovely view of the cathedral too. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Location is fantastic, just off the metro, 2 stops on from the main train station.

Walking distance to the LV store within 2 minutes so you can tell it wasn’t just any neighborhood.

Excellent sauna.

The room is spacious and just near the metro station. By metro and the given transport ticket, you are well connected to everywhere in Lausanne!

Staff mostly friendly. Room convenient. Gym okay, with a great sauna. Location is fantastic.

Toilet was broken. After I reported it in the morning and left for the day, it wasn't fixed upon my return. I was however swiftly moved to another room, which was bigger and better.Gym only opens at 7am, which is too late for business people.

Room was fine

I don’t recommend booking through booking.com. I made my reservation and payment beforehand and upon arrival they didn’t have anything. Had to wait 45mins for the lady at the reception to figure it out. In the end she told me not to book with booking.com again. Well I think that’s an issue the hotel has to figure out and not the guests but whatever

The hotel had an excellent location and a good breakfast with an amazing view.
