WHITE HOTEL

Good location, friendly staff. Large room with fantastic lake view.

The White hotel does not have an elevator. I stayed on 2nd floor and did not have heavy luggage, but it could be difficult to carry your luggage to the 4th floor for older tourists.

The room i ended up getting was very good

The first and second rooms they tried to give me were smelly, and the a/c wasn't working, the young lady eventually gave a room that we kept walking past.

This hotel is situated right on a lake which makes a beautiful outlook. Inside, decor is beautifully designed.Everything is the rooms are done to a high standard with high quality products right down to the holders for your slippers.There is a WinMart directly next to the hotel giving guests much convenience.In the future,, once construction is completed we have no doubt this will be one of the best hotels in Lang Son

First we were taken to rooms in a construction zone, looks like they are joining 2 hotels to make 1 big hotel .The rooms initially provided had no window which didn’t match our booking. The staff quickly moved us to wonderful rooms with a balcony overlooking the town.Currently no lift in operation meaning we had to take our heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs.

the hotel is next to a lake, quite near to the central of the city.easy to go to some good local food stalls.

the room is not cleaned properly, I requested for another cleaning on the second day, but the staff did not do it. The attitude of the manager when we checked again with her about our request is not acceptable.the door to the balcony (which is also shared with another room) cannot be locked.noise cancellation and other facilities are also under expectation.

Upon arriving at property the elevator was out of order. The staircase was constantly wet due to a leakage inside the building. This was a major slipping hazard for the three elderly family members I was traveling with.Our room had a puddle with unknown brown looking water right under/ to the side of the bed.The restroom was dirty with dirt marked shoe prints (which they cleaned upon asking)The bedsheets had multiple unknown stains on BOTH beds And when asked for a refund.. they denied at first because we already checked in but eventually agreed on giving 72% of the total return … with 28 deducted because we checked in 5 hrs after checkin time @ 5 instead of 12.Makes no sense to charge that fee if the room wasn’t fit for living by the time we arrived.Your inability to provide a clean livable living space doesn’t mean you can charge us for checking in late(something that is done routinely throughout the world) I have video proofs but booking.com doesn’t allow video uploads. So please message me if you need that footage

Room is old, smelly, and no television.

The Hotel is good, the room quite new and in a great location. If you are sensitive to noise you should ask for a room with lake view.

When we arrived the room smelled stale, but after some ventilation everything was fine.

Pleasant staff. Nice clean room. Great security for motorcycle. No complaints whatsoever.

Price was excellent.The bed was very comfortable with a smart TV in the room. Good quality sheets, pillows and duvet.Nice quality soaps and shampoos in the bathroom with a wide array of amenities such as disposable razors etc.

Communication issue with bike hire meant that it was delayed but aside from that it was good. The night manager was good at looking after the bikes and taking them in and out of the building for safety.Everything else was satisfactory with the room and this was a small issue.
