- Clean and spacious rooms
- The gym, and the dining hall.
Cons -
- Toilet seats could be more comfortable and no hot water in the night only lukewarm water was available.

- - Detox water in breakfast buffet is a must nowadays, management can add this at little extra cost. - Shower gel / shampoo not marked, difficult to identify. - Reception issues only 1 room key card. Difficult to manage in double occupancy. - Gym, bar and restaurant floor location should be displayed inside the elevator. - Bathroom door is too heavy. Closing noise from adjacent room also is very loud and disturbing. - Restaurant staff arguing among themselves in loud voice during breakfast.- Front desk staff can sport a more smiling face.

Location is good
Staff mainly front desk staff insulting gusts very much high tariff no value of money
Great and hospitable staffFacilities are also good
3 main things which are concerning:1. They were not able accept both my AMex(ok not everyone does) but also my Mastercard! Luckily I had means to transfer monies into their account.2. The main problem was the nasty smells you got in the rooms. You could either smell a greasy kabab type of smell (being vegetarian it was really sickly) or cigarette smoke - I don’t smoke and therefore found it disturbing. My room guests also commented on the smells so it was not an individual thing.3. WiFi did not work and dropped almost as instantly as I logged in.To provide a balanced view, the staff were smashing!
Breakfast was very good
I have paid for my 3 days but at moment due to urgency I cancelled my last day booking and they didn’t refund my one day stay amount said that u have booked from agency so it’s won’t possible It’s understood that need to pay for agency but that shld not b entire amount. Something they have to consider. So it’s not fare according to me
