Good breakfast, very comfortable bed, super location, nice to be provided with small packaged toothbrush with toothpaste tube as our stay was spur of the moment and we had no overnight supplies with us.

The room lighting was a bit dim and it was hard for us 70s+ seniors to see easily. Also to us traveling in expensive Switzerland, we still thought the per night cost was a bit high.

The location, the behaviour of the staff and the food

The breakfast was ok and the location of the hotel in the center is easy to get around.

The hotel rooms are old and they have been used for many years without any modernization.During my 5 days stay the room service was done only every other day.

The hotel is located next to the lift station, within walking distance. It is an old building, the standard room is small, the bathroom is very small with shower. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. The shampoo dispenser was empty and not refilled during the morning cleaning. Our room was across the main street, the room was quiet with no view which was okay. But you could hear all the neighbors noises. The walls must be very thin.

Breakfast was very basic. The quality of the offered products at the buffet is low. The best thing was the coffee. I didn't like the approach of the waiting staff. For me personally, it was very intrusive and unpleasant the smell of old burnt oil from the kitchen in the public areas of the building, especially in the basement, where a ski locker is made.

The staff was extremely nice. The room size was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. It was very clean and they offer complimentary water, toothbrush set and Q-tips. I thought it shows they care. Our bathroom was not renovated but it was clean. The location is very close to the ski lift and train station. The restaurant downstairs is excellent and the food was amazing

I don't know if they have a ski storage room which would be nice.

Easy check-in/check-out. Friendly people at the reception/breakfast, easy to store our bikes - good breakfast.All in all a good value for money.

Amazing service good facilities. We were late for breakfast and out of season and they accommodated us with an amazing breakfast.

The staff is really nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and fully equipped with everything you may need. The place is located in the center of Zweisimmen, close to the train station and the cable car. Very good coffee machine!

The building is quite old, lower floor rooms have no view at all and the breakfast is quite poor

Clean, spacious, friendly

We were lucky, as all the other guests were pretty quiet and our rooms to the back of the hotel. You can hear guests next door speaking and noise from the hallway. Not great if you are bothered by that.

The bathrooms must be renovated as soon as possible . They are very very old

We loved the breakfast served, it was very family style and it made us feel at home. Mr. Dinh also waited for us until very late to check in as we missed a train towards Zimmerman, which pushed us back from the schedule. We really appreciated the customer service!

We only stayed one night, as we did the Golden pass panoramic train route, so I don't have a comment on how convenient it is to go ski at the resort, but I suppose it is, as it was in a good location.

Room was very small

Mr Dinh is an amazing host . He gave us early checkin seeing the weather was a bit rainy.Rooms were excellent with a great view and very clean.Food was amazing we ordered chicken fried rice and tofu yellow curry. There was a small area for kids to play as well which was very mindful. Overall it was a very memorable stay. Thank you Mr Dinh ?

Location = 3-4 minutes from the main station.Staff = Wonderful and just wonderfulPrice = We also found this in a very good price.

In our room , the wifi was not working properly.

Decent price and great for one night.

No AC, which isn’t unique but it was still very hot in the room.

Staff was very friendly, and the property is well situated. The breakfast was also ok.

You could hear people breathing in the next room as well as every single sound from the hallways.

- The guests staying in the room next to us were a bit loud, but that is not something the hotel can necessary influence.
