Perfect & clean and staff are helpful

My jacket has stolen last day in the room suddenly I didn’t know where it gone. So please everyone should check his items more than once

Beautiful location, very clean, great facilities

the hotel is located in a beautiful area with amazing views all aroundnot bad the room was comfortable and wonderful and beautifully designed

Everything was lovely, staff were very friendly

The A/C was not working well, feedback was given to the hotel and they came to fix it and they brought portable a/c till they finished fixing it

The location and the view were excellent — very scenic and convenient. The service in the restaurant was also great; staff were attentive and the overall dining experience was enjoyable.

The staff at the reception could be more friendly and welcoming. In particular, a lady named Lanz was not friendly during our interaction. Another staff member at the reception, named Jeel, seemed willing to assist us, but Lanz told her not to Additionally, we had booked a room with one large double bed, but were instead given a room with two single beds. This did not meet our expectations, and no explanation or resolution was provided at the time.We hope the management can take this feedback constructively to improve guest experience moving forward. which was disappointing.

The view from our balcony was very nice and so was the service and staff.

Hotel was nice but not modern and a bit outdated. Expected more from a 5 star especially for the price we paid.

Beautiful location with great views of the lake. The food was amazing. Sauna and swimming pool were of very high standards. The staff really make an effort to help you enjoy the place. The bar had amazing cocktails and we really enjoyed the walks and boat trip organised by the hotel.

The bed was not comfortable. Two single beds joined together! No available queen bed!

Everything was wonderful. It was full board and the food was wonderful with magnificent views.

They could have provided iron and iron boards for ironing.

Our suite was amazing (balcony with lake view, sitting area, bathroom with jacuzzi, steam bath and heated floor). Reserved table for dinners. Extremely attentive staff. Extensive breakfast options. Soup & Salad bar for lite lunch. Multiple dinner options.

1. 11 euros for a bottle of water is outrageous. Another hotel we stayed in (4 star) provided free water and soft drinks. At these prices, this property should do the same. 2. Wish the temperature in the indoor pool were a bit cooler.

The breakfast and dinner were excellent and the service was exceptional. The thermal pool is a masterpiece!

Our room was quite small

A genuine warm and friendly hotel with service uppermost in its mind. Lovely room, comfortable bed, wonderful spa, gorgeous grounds, lots to do, exceptional food. Nothing negative here

No tea making facilities in the room but that is scratching at straws.

Cleanliness. Courtesy. Helpful

Lack of activities. Being charged for water during dinner. Tea and coffee should be made available at no charge, specially considering that there is no kettle in the room.

Magnificent view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Dinner at the fine dining restaurant was great.

Great breakfast, interesting program offerings like a hike, yoga, aqua sports. Wonderful view on the lake, nice wellness and spa offering and very lovely and carrying staff. It was a great stay

Usually there is always something which can be slightly better., but our stay left no wish open.
