I like the location and proximity of the hotel to adjacent cities and attractions.

I didn’t like not having adequate hot water for people staying in a 3 bedroom apartment. The first night my family was told sorry there is nothing the hotel can do therefore resorting to bathing with warm water from an electric tea kettle. The second night, we were told we could bath in their public spa, to which I decline that is feasible. Rather than provide new accommodations the staff allowed my family to temporarily use unused room to shower. Also the sheets were dirty, the pillows flat, the bed uncomfortable. Multiple spiders were found in the room. The waitressing stress were not pleasant to deal with in the morning and evening. The apartment had a kitchen but no dishes and no power to the stove or dish washer. The first night we arrived, the 3rd bedroom was locked and told since we only had 4 adults it wasn’t necessary dispute me purchases a 3 bedroom apartment. Eventually the staff unlocked it after proof of purchase.

Family owned hotel with very helpful and kind staff, including the owners. Great spa and wellness area, amazing view from the pools. Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast and dinner - even at peak hours they tried to solve the problems. Location is excellent, in a quiet village overlooking the lake with awesome viewing spots. Discounts to the bridge and public transportation and more.

Beds could have been more comfortable. Wellness could have been open till night (even with limited service), and there could have been service outside during the evening as well.

The size of the room was spacious and also the manager was welcoming

No room service for food, I have to carry my tray from the restaurant to my room uncovered, restaurant close very early! I also didn’t like they don’t provide rooms with AC, they need it in summer

Amazing place amazing location .The breakfast the Dinner were spot on. The staff really polite and smiled. The salt pool was something I was nicely surprised how good is made with all the mountain view . The best break Holiday I ever had with my family . Highly recommended. the management as well every day making sure all guests are happy and on high level. Thank you very much

just surprised that for free stay for your child you need to choose from kids menu for dinner, pay extra but that was ok just not clear when booking.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, the breakfast was great and the staff is friendly and helpful as well.

At the beginning we're shocked by the room for the furniture looks old and unclean with no view from the balcony, knowing the hotel is located in the most beautiful area in Switzerland. We've paid over 1500$ for almost 5 days for 2 people and getting such room, was really disappointing!! After spending a night in that horrible room they've accepted to add a bed in another room reserved for attendee to a training.. And we were not refunded for leaving the paid room behind us, just to be able to tolerate the remaining days in one of the most beautiful place in the world.

It was not clear on Booking that the room we booked was actually in a different building than the main one (100 M climbing road), where breakfast and all other facilities were. It is a pleasant walk when the weather is fine, but not so fun when it is raining.

Friendly staff, good restaurant, nice location, clean.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Especially dinner. Our 2 year old son liked everything as well. Staff was very kind to us. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well.

Pillows were not that comfortable. No kettle/coffee and fridge in the room.

No AC was a bit uncomfortable during the warm days in August.

The hotel was very clean, friendly and helpful staff, very good food. The view from the restaurant's terrace is amazing. Great facilities, swimming pool, gym, sauna, and if you want to relax, book a massage or beauty session. I had a great time with Barbara, who didn't speak English but did everything she could to make me feel good. I am smiling every time I think of her.

Our rooms, we had 2, didn't have a nice view as both were at the back of the buildings.

Amazing view! Really nice rooms. Warm welcome with a note and some chocolate. We needed a fridge and they brought one right away. I recommend booking dinner included. Food is very good in the restaurant.

Breakfast was good with different choices

Massage is not good as the one who made massage i didnt feel that she is expert . Reception close at 10 pm and they dont help in bringing my luggage during check in and check out .

less international TV channels. almost TV channels are local channels.NO coffee machine inside the rooms.

Excellent wellness facilities. Great breakfast buffet. The dining service was excellent. Generally the efficiency and helpfulness of all staff.

Our neighbours smoked on the balkony, the smoke drifted into our room. Not great for a wellness hotel!

The only thing should be reconsidered the AC, the weather was worm in the room without AC

Good location with a great lake view. Enough parking lots available, even for bigger cars (outdoor space and 2x underground parkings). Very friendly staff and owners, pet friendly behaviour. Great patio. Restaurant in-house. All expectations were met.

Zero complains, everything was fine.

What a wonderful experience! Breathtaking views from the balcony and restaurant. Amazing food. Incredibly nice staff. Super amazing saunas. Easy drive to tons of sites. I miss it already!
