Service was excellent

That I was only able to stay there two nights.

size of the room, view of the mountains, comfy beds, breakfast buffet.

the parking isn't to good. luckily we had a small car, bigger cars will have a hard time fitting in the few parking spots in the garage...

We enjoyed two nights in the magical city of Aeschi. We had a large room with a bedroom, living area, dining area, small kitchen and two balconies. We were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was as strong as you'll find anywhere. We enjoyed hiking in the area and wish we could have stayed even longer. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

Only the place of it

The room was very dirty, even the bed was not clean at all. I had to buy new sheets so I could sleep. The sofas had a very bad, unbearable smell of dog urine. Also, the staff’s treatment was very bad and uncooperative. There are many spider webs in all the corridors and the room itself, which indicates a lack of cleanliness.

Such a beautiful place with a view & everything perfect. Just far from interlake approx 1 hour 10 minutes. But good facilities & Also good food available.

The location is in a quiet place far from the city noises. The views are very good.

It is under renovation when I booked. It seems they are upgrading their hotel and I hope continue this continues improvement. The flooring needs some cleanning but I can tell efforts are made. Really nothing I did not like about this hotel. It was good experience.

Nicely situated in the center, an complete breakfast recognizing the different kind of breakfast habits around the world ( warm , cold vegetarian etc)

Parking space , although there are paces available in the parking garage it is too little, there is pace available in front of the hotel but those are random

Just 20 minutes drive to Interlaken. It was like a small apartment, with sofa, mini refrigerator, dining table and one toilet downstairs and one room plus an open area with 4 twin beds and a washroom upstairs. We stayed at 6th floor with a beautiful view from both sides of the apartment. Breakfast was nice with good options both for adults and kids. Underground parking was available.

Staff was nice

It wasn't clean, the fridge didn't work, breakfast terrible.

breakfast is very basic. There is no scrambled egg etc..

location is very scenic and very quite

The location and the house from the outside were beautiful, we also really liked having a balvony with a stunning view

We stayed at this hotel for one night during the Niesen stair race and were extremely disappointed, especially given the steep price of CHF 350 for a night in a family room in a supposed four-star hotel.Despite breakfast being included, we had to leave early for the race and were told nothing could be prepared in advance (no to-go bags, no flexibility, nothing). The staff was surprisingly unfriendly and blamed us for not asking earlier, even though it seemed obvious that many guests would be participating in this major local event. You’d expect a bit of preparation or at least understanding from a hotel in this area.When we arrived, the reception desk was empty and we had to wait around 10 minutes before anyone showed up. Parking was also confusing and difficult to find (not ideal when you’re arriving tired and just looking to check in smoothly).As for the room: it was just okay, but far from what you’d expect at this price point. The bathroom was tiny, the door was broken, and there was only one sink for five people. Also one of the shutters couldn’t be opened at all, which made the room feel kind of dark.Overall, the stay felt like a huge letdown — poor service, broken amenities, and zero flexibility. Definitely not worth the price, and certainly not what you’d expect from a four-star hotel.

Free upgrade to larger room. Breakfast and service terrific. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a good first experience and returned a second time during our short vacation.

Huge and lovely apartment. Furniture a bit dated but it didn't bother us. Amazing view and very good breakfast. All staff very helpful and polite. We will come back .Thank you very much.

Large room with great views, excellent sauna. As per some comments, it is not the most modern hotel anymore, but it still has its charm. Everything was functional and clean.

The view was nice only

The location was not very comfortable for the center. The hotel is looking very old. The carpet was dirty. It was a big room but not comfortable.

Nice hospitality, good breakfast. Pizza shop is right opposite.

But the reception is not avaliable all the time. Old apartment with carpet floor. Corridor Light was not working near our room. Though we had kitchenette we could not use them, all locked and there was no one to check about it in night.

Amazing view from the balcony. Very sizable room with great beds - both for adults and children. Living room is a bit old but sufficient. Very family friendly.

Close to church that diligently ring every quarter. Not the fault of the hotel at all but might be an issue for light sleeper.
