Hotel La Prairie

Hotel is located in a quiet area of the town, and it's placed within a small park. The room was decent and the reception friendly. The restaurant looked decent, but the score on google was suspicious.

Breakfast was sufficient: I served myself 3 slices of bacon, and then there was no more left. 30 minutes later, still no additional bacon. Old carpets everywhere, the tennis court is not functional anymore, there is a garage for bikes, but I would not call this a pleasant access. The problem is that the price of the hotel would indicate a better run location.

The staff is wonderful and did anything they could to make our stay memorable.The room was wonderful. Super clean, comfortable, spacious.

The hotel is just in front of the Thermal Spa (with its own another hotel). I have stayed multiple times in the Thermal Spa hotel before, but the first time the bike Hotel.I can say that I personally liked it much more as a hotel because1) the rooms are spacious and incredibly amazing. I was in the Double Large room.2) there is a tennis court and a mini golf on premises. 3) nice restaurant which is not overbookedThe night in this hotel was more expensive than in the Thermal Spa, but I will for sure stay in Bike Hotel next time again.

Clearly, there was no underground way to the spa but I see it as a minor minus because if one wants, one can still visit the spa. Even in winter, as it’s not too far to go

Disappointed

They charged extra cost after I checked out. They even didn't check with me before they make extra charge. When I call them, they said I eat something from the minibar, but I didn't. I don't know why they say I have took something from their minibar. Really disappointed about their service.

Excellent location within walking distance to town centre. The bathroom is clean and nice. They offer free use of the mini golf.

The room facilities are to a bare minimum. No electric kettle. No complimentary coffee.

Friendly and efficient staff, very comfortable room, excellent restaurant with very high quality food. Plenty of choice at breakfast and very nice to have coffee served rather than from a machine

The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean all staff we encountered very smart, polite and helpful our room was very comfortable we enjoyed staying there

The room had only one European plug socket

A very nice place conveniently located. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was an excellent breakfast buffet available.

The air conditioning was the best we’ve had in Europe. Very good rainhead shower with good hot water and pressure. Very comfortable bed with mattress topper. Friendly reception staff. Excellent bike storage facilities including tools and washing facilities.

No shower door or curtain so water splash was a small problem.

Really welcoming and helpful staff and beautifully decorated and comfortable hotel. Wonderful terrace for drinks and dinner and brilliant facilities for bikes.

Everything was perfect, big bathroom, 2 sinks, bathtubs, and big shower!Breakfast was good, enough and normal.

I don't know why it's called a bike hotel here. Nothing particularly bikeish about it. But it's nevertheless an extravagant hotel. My room was huge. Bathroom with tub and shower. Very comfortable. View of the mountains. Nice garden. The dinner restaurant is of the fancy kind with excellent food in microscopic portions.

Wi-fi coverage was poor, and reached neither my room nor the breakfast restaurant. Somewhat noisy air-conditioning.

Provided a great breakfast and the beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the mini golf and location were excellent.

Booked the restaurant and ordered the Perch which was a little dry and lacked flavour.

Very helpful staff, very clean and scacious room, with sense for details (e.g. design of curtains for decrease of daily light in the morning)
