Friendly staff, very silent place, next to the park and away from city streets. Very good breakfast and dinner.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Kind and helpful reception, spacious room and bathroom, everything clean and functional. Nice views, wonderful breakfast buffet. Also dinner was delicious and all the staff was friendly and well humored. The hotel was not full during our stay and so it was quiet and we enjoyed the Spa and Gym.

The furniture gives the place a rather dated look, but maybe this retro look is on purpose.

The staff was extremely friendly and we liked the attention they gave for our dog. We also got a room upgrade. The fitness room has only basic essentials but there is space to train. The wellness area was really nice.

Nice view from the breakfast room onto the surrounding valley and mountains. The Spa Area is also a nice plus even though it’s small. Service was very friendly and professional

Not enough parking available, had to squeeze on to parking spots that were even for staff/e-cars. Our room could have used a bit of a refurbishment, slightly dated

Very kind staff, tons of amenities on site. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The best part was the large balcony with lounge chairs and a breath taking view of the city and mountains. Free shuttle to the train station was a great perk!!

Everything was better than I expected!

Everything about our stay in this hotel was special. Food delicious, staff welcoming , helpful, friendly, room with mountain views, spa with beautiful pool. Perfect location with easy access to Schatzalp.

Clean rooms, good food and lovely spa. Very welcoming staff that were super accommodating and helpful. Shuttle service was great and gave lots of tips for the stay (snd helped dig our car out of the snow)

The pool could’ve been a bit warmer.

The only and only downside(and it is a major flaw unfortunately) was the uphill location of the hotel. Although it comes with a stunning view of the valley and of the mountains across the climb is cruel and in winter the descent to the promenade is dangerous. There should be either a lift or a serious of staircases that leads you down.

The staff was very friendly and accomodationg. I had initially booked to stay only one night but when I booked a second night, the upgraded my first room to the superior room so I could stay in the same room, all the free of charge.

My only hesitation would be that the hotel is situated up 3 hills from the main road. This means great views but make sure you’re fit and don’t mind the walk, otherwise a great hotel.

We loved the swimming pool, sauna, and comfortable room. We also enjoyed the restaurant and the proximity to the forest. The hotel is great for relaxation and for a fancy dinner. We were happy about the free parking and the lunch package we got instead of a breakfast since we had to leave quite early.

I did not like that the swimming pool and sauna area close already at 9 p.m. We would have appreciated it if we had stayed open until 10 p.m. We also would have hoped that the breakfast could have opened around 6:30 or 7 a.m., not only at 7:30 a.m.

Loved the location over looking Davos and the mountains from our balcony. The spa facilities were amazing and we spent time everyday in the pool. The restaurant food was lovely and the breakfast was plentiful and delightful. The staff were also great and very friendly and informative and answered any questions we had. Our room was spotlessly clean, light and airy with 2 sets of patio doors. The shower was amazing! Highly recommend and we hope to be able to return in the near future.

Maybe the breakfast is definitely not the best. It’s a pity because everything else is fine so you expect the same level for the breakfast too but, it is really average.

The spa facilities were super. The normal hours of the spa is from 2 pm but the staff kindly turned on the sauna and steam room for me in the morning as I was a late checkout. I was able to to enjoy the spa all morning.

The towels in the room were a bit rough and could have been laundered in a better softener and feel more like the towels in the spa room. The gym was fair but could do with an upgrade.
