Hilton Garden Inn Davos

A really nice, comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Enjoyed the wellness centre. Location for the slopes is good for Davos, about 15 minutes walk and 3 bus stops away (the hotel provides a free bus ticket).

Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Hotel has great facilities including the secured ski room. Location is central and room was nice, comfortable and clean. It's the second time I stay in this hotel and would likely choose it again.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms are very good and it was nice to have the options for different types of pillows. Bathrooms are great in the room. The location also very convenient. 3min bus to parsenn or 5 min to jakobshorn, with restaurants nearby. Huge Migro as well! There was also parking available with e charging, which is a nice bonus.

Wonderful staff and location for public transport. The room was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend. The breakfast was very good.

The restaurant staff was great. Maki is an exceptional team lead and role model for her team. She is very detail oriented and will make sure that you have a great experience. The location is very good. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, and one across the street, depending on which direction you are going.The spa area is also very nice. A really hot sauna, a steam bath, and an infrared sauna.

There are not enough towel holders in the bathroom, especially right by the sink. It's too bad that they don't have their own indoor pool, although there is a big community swimming facility just a few minutes from the hotel.The food was generally very good, (half board option), but the vegetarian choices were sometimes lacking in color, i.e. the pasta dishes were nice, but without any vegetables the meal was a little bland.

staff needs further training on customer service, no adverse incidents but each time you ask a question or info, it seems like you are bothering them and they should learn to smile more

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the city centre. It was clean and the breakfast was good.

The person on duty at the reception when we arrived was most unfriendly and disinterested in his work. He didn't offer to give us any information, and not even mentioned where breakfast would be served. We had to ask him everything, and he would just answer in very short sentences, with a grunt. People who work at the reception of a hotel are normally welcoming and courteous, but not this man.

Marsel reception staff was very friendly and helpful during check in and when I had queries. He resolved the queries in a professional manner. All other reception staff were also friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine. There was something I did not like.

Good rooms, great breakfast. Big modern hotel. Small gym to stretch my back out after days on a motorcycle. Good underground parking with lift into hotel. Reasonable restaurant but with usual Swiss expense! Same throughout town though. Location was ok for us as a touring base but could be long walk to other parts of town.

Air con! Stated room has air conditioning, it does not! Apparently according to staff it’s not allowed in Davos? They have a pumped air system that balances up the temperature everywhere in theory. It does not cool or dry the air, not good when it’s 30’ outside. Sadly it’s common on Booking.com to claim air conditioning when they don’t really have it, it’s not just the Hilton. Otherwise it was a good hotel.

The view is perfect the staff is friendly and helpful.

If you have 8 person in your group, the restaurant can just offer you the decided meau, it is only 3 choice for the main course, and no choice for the starter and deserts.

A big screen TV, good view of mountains and Public transport nearby, Staff are nice.

Not so clean. Bit far from the train station.

everything was beautiful. the rooms are clean and spacious with everything you need. service at a high level. excellent staff. quiet and peaceful. parking is provided for a small fee. Pet friendly. Clsw to St. Moritz. clean 10.

The hotel located in a very nice area.

What i don’t like is that They don’t have someone to help you with your luggage and the breakfast is boring they don’t have many options.

Staff was superb, couldn't do enough for you and very welcoming when we checked in.Hotel was spotless however, you never seen anyone cleaning it.

Dinner was quite expensive.

Very spacious and comfortable room, with a pleasant view on the mountains. At arrival I received a card with which I could travel for free with public transport - and there is a bus stop right next to the hotel

- We were (up on our request) easily switched to a twin room- Beds in twin room were comfortable (and quite wide) - Bathroom was clean and tidy

- Reservation hotline (to initially ask for the switch) was (1) of poor quality) and the customer service was bad- Personnel at breakfast was very unfriendly - No parking spots available - In general we just felt that the personnel was not very helpful
