Amazing location, attentive staff, the kids club is next level. La Muña was very good.

The Italian restaurant wasn’t incredible, given the price. The wine list could also have been wider (eg no dessert wines by the glass)

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms and fabulous Pizza at Sapori.

Spa a bit on the limited side with a lot of children (allowed till 18.00h). Would be even more enjoyable if there was a seperate adult only area to rest in.

The hotel is amazing. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly the soul of the hotel - they make you feel genuinely welcome at all times. In addition to the breathtaking views, the hotel has a wonderful pool, perfect for relaxing after a full day of skiing.

Cleanness must be improved, under the sofa lots of rubbish if you moved it, found a few silverfish in the bathroom, breakfast not up to 5 stars but okay

It wasn’t clean the first day we saw lots of hair on the bedThe toilet wasn’t clean The leave the used glasses and the coffee in the room they didn’t take Towels are not clean And they have shuttle to take us from/to the train station and it’s free but they didn’t tell us about it we knew by ourselves after 3 days after using the normal taxi

The location, have an A/c in the room

The breakfast, there wasn’t a variety in the breakfast. And although good salad options were available, they were placed right next to the meat dishes. This is unpleasant for guests who do not eat meat and negatively affects their dining experience. I urge you to reconsider the placement of vegetarian options

Transfer to Davos and back was great (great staff). The bar team is great. Hotel view.

1) Hotel with many of guests from middle east – some were nice, some definitely not. Our neighbors were very loud and basically lived in the hotel room, kids running between rooms. Offering an alternative room was nice, but too late and could have been communicated much better (mobile?). 2) When we arrived earlier than 3pm, the reception let us wait in the lobby for more than 45min, while the room was ready, since they forgot to call. 3) Room was insufficiently cleaned.

Very quiet place. Nice for family. Walking around was easy. We loved Davos and loved the Alpengold hotel.

We love the architecture of the hotel both outside and inside. The room we stayed in was 416, which has a beautiful large balcony with a fabulous view of Davos town and the neighbourhood mountains. The room size is almost double in comparison with other hotel standard rooms. Large toilet, bathtub, and a separate shower. Everything in the fridge is free of charge. The pool is small but cute. The outdoor spar is an add-on. We love the location, and it's only a few minutes' walking distance to the beautiful Davoser lake, where you can take a walk around or do water sports. You can order mountain bikes directly at the hotel concierge desk.

The pillow is too soft compared with other hotels. So please make sure you ask for a harder one if you prefer.
