I really enjoyed several things during my stay at the hotel:•The reception staff were very welcoming and cooperative.•The location is convenient and close to many services.•The size of the Superior Room was excellent.•The parking facility was very useful.•The room had a beautiful view.

There were a few things I did not like about the hotel:•The shower handle was very weak, and it was difficult to balance hot and cold water to get a suitable temperature.•The carpet in the room was not properly clean.•The kettle did not work well.•The tea and coffee in the room were not complimentary.•The parking was expensive.•There was no air conditioning in the room.

Location was great.

The room wasn't what we have booked and gave the feeling of staying in a dark bunker. Room wasn't cleaned and arranged and even I have asked the room cleaning to change the battery on the remote controller for the TV, nobody did the job as expected from a 4 Star hotel.Very disappointing!!!

Hotel Kongress an option that never disappoints! Very comfortable stay, cosy rooms, warm, perfect location, delicious breakfast with plenty of options including chef cooked omlets according to personal taste. Convenient access to storage room for your skis.

Parking requires advanced reservation, a bit pricey but typical for Davos.

Great Hotel, Room was just a bit too warm for my taste. A lovely feature is the full sized Bathtub if you are into taking a bath. Supermarket is just over the street and the bus stop around the corner.

My second stay at this hotel. Great breakfast! Large comfortable room. Clean and quiet, slept well. Convenient situated at the main street, in the center of Davos. Bus stop to the ski-areas right outside. Supermarket at the opposite side of the street. Good value for money (got a discount).

The location was great and the staff was friendly.

The bed was very uncomfortable and hard, suitable only for back sleepers. The mattress was covered in a plastic bag under the bedsheet, making one sweat. I had to remove it and remake the bed. The pillows were very bad too. The carpet was stained.

Lovely stay! Cozy room, lovely view from a balcony, super friendly staff, and a great location—right opposite a supermarket and bus stop.

The restaurant felt very outdated. The breakfast options were also a bit disappointing.

Breakfast was decent, sauna even if has seen it's best days, good location to reach the cross country tracks and ski lifts, late check-out.

Property policies stated that parking was free of charge which was not the case (seems that the hotel has corrected this), facilities a bit tired, room service only came in late afternoon.

The heating was not working!!! They didn’t tell us until we got to the room and it was very cold so we asked them how to turn on the heating!!! they told us that the heating is not working (it was -5C)!!!!

Location - walking distance from the cross-country ski area, comfort and cleanliness of the room which was spacious enough. Easy to regulate the temperature in the room. Parking is very convenient.

It was a bit difficult to find where to open the parking garage door, getting the kettle at the reception is a bit strange procedure :)

Everything was perfect. They provided us an extra bed for free. Also they give a free access to the Hallenbad nearby. Breakfast is modest but good

The room was very big and comfortable, with complimentary water and chocolate when we arrived. The breakfast was good, with many tea options and fresh fruits! The location is very central, with free parking. I would stay there again.

I would like a bit more variety regarding the breakfast, eg. for vegans, and boiled eggs. Otherwise, everything was amazing!

Excellent room comfort, enough large size bed. Helpful staff. I stayed in Kongress Hotel for the second time, and will return again.

Bathroom is a bit outdated and would be nice to be equipped with walk-in shower (instead of bath tube).

A minor thing, but there was initially no kettle in the room. When we asked for one at the reception, we got the cheapest one available in Switzerland, which just feels a bit cheap for a hotel of this standard.

Breakfast is fantastic. Possibilty to park gratis in outside garage
