The hotel is a bit dated but everything was clean and as described. Breakfast was also quite nice with a big choice.
Great lokality, breakfast, confortable bed
A little bit crowdy, a lot of guest
Located close to the lake. Spacious room with big single bed. Big bathroom.
Staff unhelpful, not particularly friendly and slightly stressed. Poor quality breakfast buffet and ran out of bread one morning. Musli and orange juice were sour. Croissants hard.Bedding was uncomfortable and synthetic pillows.Shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor.Lacking of any Swiss alpine charm although that seems to be their sales pitch. Clearly catered to clientele from Germany.
Quiet room at the back of hotel.
Receptionist functional but not friendly.
The breakfast was good, room was rather spacious, free parking outside of the hotel.
The staff is extremely disappointing, arrogant and unmotivated, they won't move their finger to assist you, especially the young man on the reception, which was there on the day of our arrival. We arrived around 13:00, yeah that's earlier than their check in time, but it's off season time, the hotel was practically empty. We asked for a room with nice view, for which the receptionist told us that he doesn't know what view the room has. How can that be?! You work in this hotel or was just passing by?! When we got a room, we didn't quite like the view and asked for a change. What answer did we get? "No we are full"... I seen the keys on the wall, the hotel was max 30% full, it's just receptionist laziness didn't let him do anything. That aside, there wasn't even a teapot in the room, and not even soap. Is that what you call a 4* hotel these days?
At the edge of Davos, not in the center, quiet area but close to the train station Davos Dorf(5-7min. walk)
Uncomplicated check in and great location.
The blinds did not keep out the light in the morning - and there was a pink light in the bathroom (coming from an outside light in an enclosed courtyard). this pink light was not able to be blocked out. On top of this, the bathroom door was made of glass so the light could not be blocked out by the closing the bathroom door.

The hotel is very nice. The room was very clean, the breakfast was excellent. The receptionists and the waitress/waiters were very kind. The hotel is very close to the bus stop, we could walk to Davos train station (2 min) and the closest ski gondola (8 mins with ski-boots).
Lunch: the kitchen closed at 13h, which is extremely too early in my opinion.Lounge room: they have a cool lounge room where we went to have a hot tee, chill and read a book. Unfortunately, some old men came in and started to smoke in the room next to ours.Despite they closed the glass door which separated the two rooms, they opened the window without understanding that it was the worst thing you could do when the door of the hotel is often opened by guests. The room started to smell so much of smoke that we had to leave the room. Pity!
Comfy beds , nice big room, good dinner
I think it is not really 4 star ( vs in other parts of Switzerland) Parking was a bit chaotic . Breakfast average.
Room is quite basic, not bad but was expecting a bit more for the price. Breakfast ok nothing amazing. Restaurant was fully booked in the night we had to go to another place.
Room furnitures are not the best
There is a variety of cheese, ham, fresh fruits, muesli, eggs, and breads—a self-service coffee machine with all types of coffee.
The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. They stored our luggage the morning before our check in and in the afternoon after our checkout so we could spend one more day in Davos luggage free. The room was clean and near the train station. We received guest cards for public transport in the village
I would expect the hotel to provide water or other refreshment in the sauna area.
location and friendly staff
Room was smelling
Electric car charger
There was a spa included but the spa was closed and they did not inform us before and thats why we booked there. The hot tub / jakuzzi in the room is a bath tub. Nothing else worked.Yiu book a balcony but its full of snow and some cigarette buts. The batroom door cant be closed and you cant control the heating. For this price its really bad value.
Our Superior room was quite comfortable, with a nice balcony. The staff were uniformly friendly, both in Reception and the restaurants. The location is quite excellent for the Parsenn Bahn, with many shops and restaurants within easy walking access.
The owner chose to make a fuss about our parking spot on the last day, even though the general parking situation was quite chaotic. Our room was over-heated, and we could not control the temperature of the radiator. There was a faint background smell of cigarette smoke in many places. It was hard to tell if it came from inside or out. Breakfast choices were certainly adequate, but I wouldn't say that they were four-star. Things like jams, spreads, butter etc came packaged. The quality from the coffee machine was erratic.
Bad
Worst hotel stay I had for ages. Small, outdated room which definitely needs some renovation. Horrible unconformable bed with horrible pillow. Breakfast was very poor.
