Very friendly staff. Clean. Location, low price, everything. Birchenmuesli at breakfast. A breakfast for such a low price.

Music from some pub at night, some nights. It was OK when I colsed my window. That is the only negative thing

Very small bed, poor soundproofing, uncomfortable pillows, limited reception and the lack of a bath tub in the room, although advertised when booking. Breakfast options very scarce if eating closer to the end slot.

There is a club at the ground floor of the hotel. That means that the rooms directly above the club have a lot of noise at least until 2 in the morning. If you sleep light or sleep early those rooms will not work well for you.

Very nice rooms, spacious, very clean, well decorated. Looked to be a very good restaurant downstairs, view of the pistes and mountain. Good ambience.

My room was on the ground floor just above the restaurant which was a little noisy.

“Extreme Noise” whether you are a light or heavy sleeper. I rated this property the lowest “1” so that they can finally realize that there is a real big problem. It ruined my holidays! I booked one night in Davos so that I can nicely sleep to prepare myself for the next day skiing trip. Until literally breakfast next day at 7:30am there was an extreme noise (I literally could not sleep 1 minute). I woke up with headache of course from the bang and lack of sleep. While trying to sleep, I started reading reviews about this hotel and mostly people complaining about the noise more than one year ago! At the beginning, I thought it is from the street bars, but to my shocking these loud noises are from the hotel’s own bar in the lower basement ! how disrespectful to the guests! I chatted with some guest next day and everyone could not sleep too!

Breakfast is good. Nothing extravagant but good.Very nice room. Large and cosy. A lot of closet space. The bathroom was also nice and spacious.The staff was really nice. A friendly smile is always good.

The coffee machine is too slow. Making a cappuccino took around two minutes. The noise from the bar below is not nice but if you're tired enough you'll sleep anyway.

Breakfast was Appalling. Limited choice. Food not well prepared, the scrambled eggs badly overcooked. Coffee machine very slow which meant long queues.Hotel provided ski pass with a good discount.

Ski room was a corridor used by delivery men to bring in supplies. Very limited space.Hotel very close to the church clock tower. Not a location for light sleepers.

The reception has opening hours! So if you arrive outside these working hours you stay outside (literally)The bed mattress was very uncomfortable, very soft and you sink in it

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful with arranging dinner reservations. Our room was large, with plenty of closet space. The location is convenient for transportation to the various ski areas.

Amazing, helpful and friendly staff.Large and clean room with huge good looking woodern wardrobe to cover all of your personal staff.The bathroom was huge and practicually too.The location of the Hotel is gorgeous, in the heart of Davos, were you can find everyhing you need to.

Everything has been all right. Just the breakfast buffet was in my opinion comparing to other Swiss three star hotels a bit tiny but still anought to get saturated.

Excellent service from Kathy Klöti and the whole team. Very close to the lifts to Jakobshorn and to Davos Platz train station. To the Parsenn ski area, you can take the bus (10-15 minutes ride). Good breakfast and great fondue restaurant at night (Piz Piz). Totally recommended.
