The staff tried their best, however, they appeared understaffed

One room had no heating; when raised with the staff, they provided a portable heater. There were silverfish in two of the rooms and a dead fly stuck between the glass and the toilet cistern. The room did not feel clean. The mountain view included the train line, which was directly outside the window; as it was displayed in the room description, it came across as a selling point, in fact, it was the opposite and was noisy (thank goodness the trains are fairly quiet). Breakfast was in the adjoining building; there was a door from the accommodation space through to the breakfast, but this was rarely opened when we went down to breakfast (between 7 and 7:5am), so we had to go outside to access the restaurant from the street. The bar was rarely staffed, meaning we often had to wait long periods of time before we would get served.

Very basic room and in the old part of the building. Floor was not level and the bed was on a slight slope.Floorboards very noisey. Bathroom ok but small. Room furniture very simple

The reception staff and were every helpful and friendly. The bedroom was great with a terrace and got the afternoon sun. . The restaurant staff at breakfast were also very helpful.The beds and bedding were warm and comfortable. The cleaning staff did a great job as well.Grabbing the lift was perfect.Close to railway station and supermarket.Quiet.

It's a little sad that tea and coffee facilities are not in the rooms. It's often a really pleasant part of staying in a hotel to relax in your room with a hot drink without having to get it from the restaurant. A kettle, tea bags and instant coffee with uht milk would be fine.

Good size of room, liked the balcony great to sit out in the evening.

Breakfast could have done with a bit more. Coffee behind the counter you had to ask for your coffee.

Comfortable and classy. Helpful and friendly front desk staff, sweet balcony overlooking town, Valley and mountains, good breakfast buffet.

Traffic noise at night when the door was open.

Friendly staff, clean and cosy rooms, a comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, and a great location. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Location in the center

The stay was bad because room are small and not comfortable. It is noisy where you can hear steps of the neighbors above you and street is noisy due to bar shops.There is also smell in the lobby and entrance coming from the kitchen where this smell is stinky like coming from hell !

The hotel is very cosy. It has a great location. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good.

The wi-fi in the rooms has poor connection.

I don't recall requesting a quiet room when booking as question above stated but it was quiet thank you and clean. Basic but perfect for what I required in a convenient location (near supermarkets, conference venue and transport). Staff were friendly and professional.
