Hard Rock Hotel Davos

The hotel was in a good location. It was a 12 minute walk to the ski fields.The parking was a little tricky. We were offered through the email to book for the parking. But they said we couldn’t book for the parking. And we arrived and we were able to get parking. Getting to the parking is a little tricky. You need to enter the parking garage name in your satnav to get there.The staff were great. We asked for a kettle. Had it delivered straight away. We asked for a lightbulb to be replaced. It was done that day. We couldn’t work the TV. Somebody came straight away to plug it in. Ha ha.We stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was beautiful. The kitchen had all the facilities that we needed. Oven, fridge and dishwasher.The ski room was great to leave a snowboard in there so they could try.The spa was amazing. Sauna, spa, heated pool. There was a good size Gym with Technogym equipment, that is great equipment. The staff at the spa are so beautiful and kind and nice when you arrive.The breakfast and the restaurant were great. As everybody knows Switzerland is super expensive and so the food and the accommodation reflect the Swiss prices. The breakfast buffet was a fantastic buffet where you could get a cooked omelette or waffles and a full buffet of cereal, juice, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, bacon, scrambled eggs and so many types of bread to choose from.The staff were amazing. There is an old gentleman who worked in the restaurant for breakfast. So incredibly professional. The front desk staff was so beautiful and helpful. Particularly with the free bus and where the limits were.

The rooftop bar wasn’t open. We didn’t ask but we’re guessing that it wasn’t open in winter.

We've stayed here multiple times and always enjoy our stay. The room was very lovely, the staff were helpful, the spa was great, and the food, both at breakfast and in the restaurant, was delicious, as always.

The only improvement I would suggest is a more practical desk; the desk is very shallow at maybe 20-25cm deep max (in all rooms I have experienced).

Location and room

Staff wasn't nice. We decided to pay extra for a good stay because of previous experiences in hard rock, but wasn't what we expected sadly.

Spa was lovely. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Nice bar.

No complaints, but there wasn’t any live music when we stayed and we understood that was a regular thing.

Amazing hotel with great interiors, really good location, clean, very polite and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Although the staff tried to fix it, the heating didn't work the best in our room.

Very nice rooms, shower, breakfast, staff and facilities. Spa excellent and relaxing.

Really clutching at straws but loose toilet seat in room and the price of the room service Burger which was very nice but expensive...

Clean, nice looking

It was a very hot day, I don’t remember the rooms having AC. The rooms themselves were not very big.

Great location, good pool and jacuzzi, good breakfast with fresh egg station and waffles, lovely balcony with swinging chair. Staff friendly and efficient.The decor is modern and so different to a regular mountain hotel. I was there with my 16 year old daughter and appreciated the young and fun vibe.

Small thing - but the bathrobes and slippers were wrapped in plastic. Not so environmentally friendly.

Mid week one night stay, so the hotel was very quiet. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

The staff was wonderful. I was so excited I could have a guitar ?in my room for the stay. Breakfast and spa was included. I came from the ZUR airport which was 3 hours. It was so worth it. I highly recommend

Amazing spa, the massages were out of this world! Especially the sound massage was so unique! Also playing instruments was amazing!

Clean and well equipped sauna area (textile free), great pool jaccuzzi and cold water pond (shared with kids). It was super convenient for a family with kids. Since when we visited the occupancy of the hotel wasn't high - this makes me wonder how these facilities perform during a high season. Anyway, for us it was great. Very welcoming and helpful staff, exceptionally good breakfast compared to switzerland. Borrowing an electric guitar is a fun perk

Great rate because of shoulder season, normally out of our price range. Excellent breakfast, stylish rooms and facilities, very comfy bed and great location in walking distance to hockey stadium
