    Pros +

    • Amazing staff—warm and welcoming! I Enjoyed every encounter with every person. Amazing price of 10CHF for overnight parking (unbeatable for Davos).
    • Nice and super clean rooms.Central location. We left early (6:00) before the breakfast was open and received a delicious breakfast package with sandwiches, fruits and yogurt instead.Super friendly and helpful staff.Definitely coming back.
    • Staff was really friendly and helpful. The bar has nice atmosphere.Room was sqeaky clean. Comfy beds.Location is at walking distance from the station and access to gondola's up the mountains.

    Cons -

    • The shower cabin in room 402 needs fixing, it leaks profusely and a huge puddle forms after even a short shower.
    • Nothing really.
    • Breakfast was fair, could have been better. Croissants were only available for the early risers. There was a squeeking/dripping sound at night in the room, which was a bit annoying. The room was quite small and felt crampy.

Great location and very friendly people

Booked and paid for Superior Double Room, was given normal double room next to lift. Tiny shower cabin, restaurant food was average. Billed from Booking.com and Hotel??!!

    it’s new and well maintained.

The customer service and attitude of the one lady receptionist (manager) was very bad. we were unnecessarily harassed and It took me 7 weeks to get a refund which they owned me for a non refundable booking however we had agreed for a refund and it was accepted by a kind gentleman. it took about 20-30 messages/emails, over 10 phone calls to get the refund after 7 weeks!

Great style, modern and contemporaneous although renovated from an old property.

    I would appreciate spa facilities.

The hotel is very beautiful, better than I expect and very clean. The location is also perfect, there is bus station in front of the hotel which is very convenience for us to go anywhere. The breakfast is also very good. I would like to be back here again.

Nothing but if there is a spa here in the future gonna be perfect!

Incredibly great place to stay! We had the suite and it was so spacious and felt brand new! Loved the interior design and location was also good!

Generally a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, well heated (visited in December), with large windows for ventilation if needed. The room was immaculately clean, and bed comfortable. I also found the bar/restaurant staff incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. The evening food offerings were excellent, but a little pricey.

I agree with the other reviews in that in contrast to the bar/restaurant staff, the front desk reception was frostier and staff far less helpful or friendly. The plug sockets in the room do not fit a standard EU adapter - they are a specific oval shape, and there are no USB charging points. The front desk informed me they had four spare but had given them out already, wouldn’t ask guests to share, and basically that it was tough and I should have come prepared. Ended up having to panic buy one for £40! Make sure you bring one! It would be easy enough for the hotel to buy enough adapters for each room and rent them out to guests/charge if they go missing. I also think the room should have a safe, firmer pillows, and breakfast could do with some hot alternatives (e.g porridge/eggs etc). With these minor adjustments it could easily be a four to five star hotel.

It was a very cosy room. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious!

It would have been nice to be able to make a coffee or a tea in the room.

Amazing rooms, comfy bed, mountain view, and hotel interior really beautiful! Cool bar for the evening drinks, good variety of breakfast, easy parking, perfect location right next to the ski bus, nice and helpful front desk team.

The restaurant “1908”, very slow service (waited for main meal 80 minutes, and simple desert - one scoop of chocolate ice cream took 30 minutes. Food quality inconsistent, some courses nice, some poor (risotto). We were not the only table disappointed that evening. Shame for such a nice hotel, as everything else in the hotel is simply perfect.

Wonderfully renovated Hotel with attention to every detail. Great to calm down and unwind. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Very good value for money. Will definitely visit again and recommend to anyone.

    It is perfect

The place has a great feel to it. Also very dog friendly, and even though our room was street facing it was very quite. Would definitely go back.

Excellent design attention to the detail and a great location

Breakfast was very poor and also food in the evening was good but nothing exciting.

Cosy space, classic decorations, pristine clean.

No kettle for tea in the room. Would have been a nice touch to a cold rainy day.
