The entrance, very minor.

Staff at the registration desk and in the meal area were very friendly, helpful, and efficient.The view of the mountains from our bedroom window was exceptional.

We liked everything about the hotel.

The location of the house is perfect. It's extremely easy to get to. We used it as a group of three, but it's spacious enough to comfortably accommodate five people. If we ever go back to Zurich, we would definitely consider staying there again.

Just spent one evening before taking the Bernina Express through the Alps. Very nice clean hotel with a fantastic continental breakfast. Convenient location straight shot from the train station.

The staff is nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Good breakfast with a lot of options and the lady in charge of it was very attentive. Location is great, close to several restaurants and cozy bars. There is this really cute bar just out of the hotel, Lila bar, attended by Andrea and her husband, we stopped by for a night cap and had such a great time there talking to them.

The room is a bit outdated - it had carpet and the bathroom had one of those tubs that are a bit too high to get inside and with shower curtain. But nothing crazy, this hotel is a great option in Chur.

This hotel is perfect for travelers starting the Bernina Express journey from Chur to Tirano, as the train station is easily reachable on foot. The lady at the reception was very friendly and polite. We requested an iron box by message, and she arranged it even before our check-in, which we really appreciated. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, and souvenir shops near the hotel. The breakfast had a limited menu, but it was sufficient for us and we were happy with it. Overall, we were totally satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again.

Location, staff’s amiability, cleaning

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the train station, has many options of restaurants and bars nearby. The attention of the reception staff was very good. The breakfast was also very good and you have options to buy souvenirs from Chur and Switzerland

Although for me it was not an inconvenience, the shared bathroom, there were 3 bathrooms for 10 rooms

Well located in old town. Good price hotel to stay after a long day. Great breakfast. Nice staff.

Need to remember to ask for a room with bathroom. Not all have.

Not enough chairs and table space in room , nothing to put luggage on. There was enough space for a bigger or second small table and a second chair, and space for luggage rack, no towel rack for hand towel, only 3 hangers. Not made user friendly enough because of these things.

It’s a great cozy little hotel for staying the night! Comfortable and very clean, great to have breakfast included. Gabriela is an amazing host, and super super friendly! She is amazing as a host and making you feel welcome.

The only thing we would change is there was a very sheer curtain and there are lights outside, so it would be best if they place a thicker one for resting.

The hotel is well located, very clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good also. Our stay was wonderful. I highly recommend it. I got a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, and it was spacious with 2 separate rooms. The hotel exceeded my expectations.
